Poor Rudy, I'd say I hope he gets antibodies, it's probably the only way he will survive, but if Rudy gets treatment, some innocent person will not and probably die. Doctors make these kinds of horrible decisions every day lately, who gets treatment and who dies. I suspect Donald will make "special" arrangements for Rudy and give him some of his large personal stash, that will leave the WH with him, to be doled out to his billionaire buddies, the power of life and death.

Perhaps Donald will just let Rudy die, it's one less pardon and more importantly, one less witness. Live by the sword, die by the sword Baldrick, Rudy help slay a few and spread it to perhaps hundreds. Even his farts were contagious and he need a mask on his face and one on his ass too. Ironically his farts in that hearing made more sense than his legal brief and it was the most intelligent and coherent thing that came out of him during the process.

Do human antibodies work on vampires?

Now here is something worth watching if you really want to know what is going on with Republicans. There is nothing fundamentally wrong about America that a bit of tweaking and adjustment won't fix. The problem is with some of the people, they are traitors to the constitution and the founding ethos of the nation, it doesn't matter much what their excuse is, we all know the reason.

When something jerks your chain so hard that your head comes clean off, then you've got issues, not your country.

There is no ideology, it's about racism, bigotry and grasping to hold power. The problem with America can be reduced to rather simple factors, it's really not that hard a problem to understand, provided you understand how people work.

I think Rudy is in worse shape than he is letting on, Rudy is old, and has heath issues, his recovery from secret antibody therapy can't look too miraculous. Donald most likely has a stash of thousands of antibody treatments inside a fridge in a locked WH office. They will disappear along with the WH silverware when Donald leaves, he will also trash the WH. He probably already used it to secretly treat WH staff (but not the secret service agents), so he could keep his "numbers" down, you'll only know about it in the aftermath. Antibodies are the power of live and death, Donald could never pass up something like that, he figures he can dole them out as favors for his cronies and other billionaires.

Every dose of antibody therapy represents a potential life saved and I'll bet Donald is secretly sitting on thousands of doses, if he isn't, it's because he's too stupid to think of it, that's all. People desperately need these therapeutics and there is a big shortage, children and young people are dying for the want. We will be outraged when we find out, the base won't care and will either call it fake news or rationalize it away, even if their own family died for want of the therapeutics that Donald has stashed.

It might not go as he planned when at 12:01 PM nobody obeys his orders and they remove him from the presidential section to the back of the plane where the reporters are, live on national TV. Donald might plan his own humiliation an national TV, more so when the hustle him off the plane with the bum's rush when he gets to Florida and has to take a taxi to Mar Logo.

If he was smart, he would do it from Mar Logo, I'm pretty sure what the reaction of the secret service will be at 12:01. As soon as they see Joe's hand come off the bible, it will be you'll need to move to the back of the plane sir, this space is reserved for the president and you are not authorized to be here. If they cut him off in front of the cameras and press and in mid lie at 12:01 PM, do you think any of them or their supervisors would be in trouble because they were rude to Donald? Personally, I'd take the risk and would make it as humiliating as I could, all with in the rules of course. Donald has no respect for tradition and protocol, so the letter of the law should apply at 12:01.

Donald sickened many agents and was a threat to their families, but they are professionals and this would be with in the scope of professional behavior. If he didn't try to pull a TV stunt during the inauguration, I figure nothing would happen, but he is taking risks, a call from Ron Klain, Joe's chief of staff would seal the deal at 12:01. Watch the inauguration closely and see if Ron is on his cellphone while Joe's hand is on the Bible. He will be talking directly to the secret service supervisor on AF1, I would be.

Arizona GOP asks if followers willing to give their lives to 'stop the steal'
The Arizona Republican Party late Monday asked supporters if they are willing to give their lives in the fight over the results of the election.
The party retweeted right-wing activist Ali Alexander's promise that he is "willing to give my life for this fight."
"He is. Are you?" the state GOP added.

Officials with President Trump's campaign and the national Republican Party did not immediately return messages seeking comment on the tweet, including questions as to whether it crossed a line into advocating political violence. Arizona was the site of a deadly mass shooting in 2011 when a man attacked then-Democratic Rep. Gabby Giffords outside of a grocery store, killing six.

Attorneys for the president have been active in Arizona and other battleground states won by President-elect Joe Biden in a campaign to overturn state election results over baseless accusations of widespread election and voter fraud, efforts that have yet to bear fruit.

Texas sues states Biden won in Supreme Court, seeking to delay Electoral College vote
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) alleged that the new voting processes in the battleground states skewed the 2020 election results and asked the Supreme Court to delay the December 14 deadline for the Electoral College to make Biden's victory official.

"Their failure to abide by the rule of law casts a dark shadow of doubt over the outcome of the entire election," Paxton said in a statement. "We now ask that the Supreme Court step in to correct this egregious error.”

The lawsuit was filed directly with the Supreme Court because it has exclusive jurisdiction over legal disputes between states. Paxton also argued that the high court is the only one equipped to handle such a case over the Electoral College.

Now what?
Of course Trump pleads to his R- Senate to investigate as permitted by the Constitution. They will investigate and if proof exists the truth will float. No proof, no honor by both houses. Sounds fair, bury the hatchet on whole mess. We all wanted this done 11/4 and here way into 12? CNN does try occasionally:
CNN: Ron Johnson to bring Ken Starr to testify at controversial hearing on 2020 elections.
