They broke my heart! and this is even not my first grow, on the first one I got 3 plant from seed to harvest, 190 Gram.I feel for you bro, 3rd times a charm!!!! We're all rooting for this one
Wonder what I fucked up this time.
The second seedling was with Jiffy only. Was Ok, then the roots started to pop, I moved into to soil, and the problem started....Try Jiffy on it's own.
I am very curious too!No fertilizer unless a person is using Coco...most plants have enough sugars to support themselves until first leaf..
I'm really curious as to what is going wrong here...as this is not that difficult at this stage...
Perhaps skip the cubes and put the seed directly in ordinary potting soil...Those different mediums are likely to create an issue with absorbing excessive moisture if the plant is not big enough ..those cubes will just hold moisture like a dense sponge and roots will rot...
Best of luck
In my first grow everything went smooth.
The thing is the the second seedling is still in the tent, the roost are getting bigger and getting out of the pot holes, but the plant is almost dead.
Very strange.
Look here to see update photo:
Second seedling is going wrong...
I also use a seed tray and small light to just get my seeds going off the hop until they are stable enough to go to a larger pot? I germinate in rapid rooters. Once the taproot has emerged I put them in their final pots.

First seedling was in soil only, and didn't make it, so I thought to go with jiffy.
This kind of jiffy is made from coco btw. It's drying faster than the soil.
