There ain't do damn voter fraud

Just voted with my wife and recently turned 18 year old son. No ID required, just name, address and sign here. There were signs all over letting folks know that they will need ID for the 2016 election and reminding them to ask how to get their free ID if they need one.

So, they're giving people a two year heads up and an avenue to get a free ID. Since it's just about suppression, you'd think they would wait until right before the election to inform people and they sure as hell wouldn't be advertising free ID's. Silly racists aren't doing it right.

then why do you need to present ID to be able to vote?

How many times do I have to paste info from your own source?

"Do I need a voting card or my ID in order to vote?

No, the card is for information only and does not need to be presented to election officials in order to vote."

Why do you continue to act like your definition of States with voter ID laws agrees with anybody but yourself?

hey dummy,

several states already tried that already and got shot down by the courts.

for fuck sake, your own state tried that and got shot down by the courts.

and by the way, why do you think preclearance was once mandated, until the roberts court decided that voting was a "racial entitlement" and that racism is over?

i'm sorry, but you are supremely ignorant and idiotic.

why are you leaving out the part about how you go about making yourself eligible to vote?

Because you don't seem to understand that registration is not voting. That's why you are the only person on the face of this Earth who says all 50 States (not the current number of 31) have voter ID laws in force.

Who else makes this claim of yours? Seriously. Google "States with voter ID laws". I can't seem to find a single source saying all 50.

2009
  • Milwaukee, Wisconsin: Latoya Lewis pled guilty on October 12, 2009 on charges of voter registration fraud. Lewis, who was working for ACORN when she committed the acts in 2008 that led to her guilty plea, said she was trying to "meet her quota as a paid registrar."[1]
2008
  • In Orange County, Florida, ACORN staffers submitted multiple, duplicate registrations on behalf of six separate voters over this summer. One individual had 21 duplicate applications. Election Supervisor Bill Cowles and his staff protested, noting in a June memo that ACORN had been submitting sloppy forms as well.[2]
  • In Lake County, Indiana, election officials discovered "dozens of ACORN-delivered registration forms they believe contain inaccurate voter information, including one in which a dead man from Gary was listed as the applicant." The applications were not processed.[4]
  • In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Sean Cairncross, the Republican Party's chief lawyer said that ACORN is "engaged in systematic fraud and attempts to undermine our electoral system." This was in the wake of a report that had hired at least seven felons as voter registration workers in the city. As of early October, Milwaukee election officials have referred to the Milwaukee County district attorney’s office 49 cases of people who submitted potentially fraudulent registration cards.[5]
  • An ACORN employee in West Reading, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to up to 23 months in prison for identity theft and tampering with records. A second ACORN worker pleaded not guilty to the same charges and is free on $10,000 bail.[6]
2007
  • In Washington, five Washington state ACORN workers were sentenced to jail time.[7] ACORN agreed to pay King County $25,000 for its investigative costs and acknowledged that the national organization could be subject to criminal prosecution if fraud occurs again. According to King County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg, the misconduct was done "as an easy way to get paid [by ACORN], not as an attempt to influence the outcome of elections."[8][9]
No voter fraud. LOL

so you have to show ID to be able to register, and you have to register to be able to vote.

wanna do the math for me on that one, or shall i?

Like I said, all you have to do is convince every other source on the subject. Why is it you are the only person on the face of this Earth that shares your definition?

i would have asked you that about colorado and alaska before i switched my position on this one, since they are not in the fray of what are widely considered to be "voter ID" states.

but instead, i'll think i'll just content myself knowing that by your definition:

1) colorado and alaska are voter ID states
2) nebraska is just like colorado and alaska
3) thus nebraska is a voter ID state
4) nebraska is not a voter ID state

these are all statements you have made, and we derive a contradiction. thus, we must get rid of one of the premises.

which one do you think we should go with?

Cartoon reality for the win!

Now all you have to do is convince the rest of the world of your nonsense.

Google "States with voter ID laws" and you tell me which one of us is delusional.

doesn't seem to mention colorado and alaska.

does that mean you are delusional?

how would photo ID for voting prevent voter registration fraud, beenthere?
presenting an ID at the polling booth would connect the registration to the voter, that's called a paper trail for idiots that can't figure this out.

Glad to help you out.

LOL!!

Ok, wait a minute. I have to take this all in.

You say that every State has voter ID laws.
You then post some unattributed map that was uploaded over 2 years ago as proof that CO and AK don't have voter ID laws.

Awesome, dude.

Also, I'm gonna need you to quote where I said NE was a voter ID State. Make sure you keep that quote in context, too. If you can't do it, it's probably because you have begun to resort to outright lies again.

then why do you need to present ID to be able to vote?

Let's assume what you say is true. I know, I know, that supposition is beyond the realm of possible but for now let's suspend reality.

If every state already requires ID to vote, as you state, then why do you lefties get red in the face and have seizures about voter ID laws? At worst those laws would be redundant to existing laws, in your propaganda fairy tale world, but you guys get all disenfranchised whenever a voter ID law is proposed.

LOL
