  • 1.) i have some 2007 void (V1).. and i believe 1 other strain with the original Querkle male..

myQuestion is this: why did you decided to pick a new Querkle male?.. have you found the new male to yield "better" - or - more desireable traits that you wanted?..
    Yes its better

2.) on the 4:20 promotion on Attitude, can i buy 2 different 5-packs opposed to a single 10 pack and still get the free-b Qush/3D
*also are the Qush all given away first then the 3D or just mixed up randomly?
Yes you can buy 2-5 packs Qush is first

3.) last Q: what time does it start - 4:20 am/pm and at what U.S. time zone?.. is it UK time?
I have no idea the promotion is on 420 thats what I know.

Hey Sub,
I’ve been reading your threads and watching your vids for a long time, way before the Weed Nerd. I have used many of your organic methods with great success and can’t thank you enough for the openness of information.

Lately I bumped into something awful, what I believe to be some form of Mosaic Virus. I am not sure where it came from, although I have a theory that it came in a pack of seeds from a “reputable” Dutch breeder. Nonetheless, I am seeing things appear in my garden that I haven’t ever seen before, hooked leaves with variegated mottling, amongst other leaf mutations. It started on a new seedling and spread to my entire stable after some thrips sprung up. (Courtesy of our friends at Roots Organic.) The signs I am seeing are REAL but I don’t exactly know the damage yet. I even found similar traits in two friends’ gardens that are not connected to my own in any way. Crazy shit indeed.

A couple questions for you:
• Have you ever seen or dealt with any form of this “Mosaic Virus?”
• Can we fight it or do we have to just live with it?
• What are the implications that this places on growers and breeders alike?

Thanks for everything you do brother... from one Weed Nerd to another. :bigjoint:

I get alot of links from umn I should probably check into getting a msaters or phd from there....

Control for Seedling Growers and Gardeners The most common method of transferring the virus from plant to plant is on contaminated hands and tools. Workers who transplant seedlings should refrain from smoking during transplanting and wash their hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water. Tools used in transplanting can be placed in boiling water for 5 minutes and then washed with a strong soap or detergent solution. Dipping tools in household bleach is not effective for virus decontamination. Any seedlings that appear to have mosaic symptoms or are stunted and distorted should be removed and destroyed. After removing diseased plants, never handle healthy plants without washing hands and decontaminating tools used to remove diseased plants.
Persons purchasing small tomato plants for transplanting should beware of any plants showing mottling, dwarfing, or stunting. Avoid the purchase of any affected plant. Gardeners are advised to follow the same procedures recommended for greenhouse workers when handling tomato transplants. Other control methods for home gardeners include roguing (removal of diseased plants), destruction of diseased and infected plants, and control of weeds and chewing insects. When roguing and destroying mature diseased plants from the home garden, be sure to wash hands and decontaminate any tools used in the process before contacting healthy plants.

Badgering me always helps
I fuckin' LOVE the way Subby deals with people! We learned from the same "How to deal with dipshits who think they are the only fucking person who needs attention today book".
Sub does this for FREE. He does it because it's his PASSION. If Sub didn't grow and share his tips I bet he would spontaneously combust. Stop sucking the well dry and let the man ENJOY his show and his life before we make this more of a chore than a pleasure for the man.

Sub and Jill, Enjoy your Easter break. You deserve it!

On a more relaxed note... It's always cool to see Dave and the Weeden Crew on the Nerd but MZ. Jill is an extra bonus! I can see that she is getting a little more comfy with the camera on her. That's awesome! Keep encouraging her. Once she forgets that she in camera she relaxes and is a great addition to the show. She keeps your chaos in line and we as viewers appreciate it! I
hope we see more of Mz. Jill and the entire TGA/Weeden Crews! Keep up the BAD ASS work!

Happy Easter Sub, Jill and family.
Spent last night into today with my son in the ER. I'm happy to say all is fine.
I had been up around 50hrs by the time I got home.
Even though I could barely keep my eyes open, I had to grab the laptop and head off to the grow room to watch some weed nerd.
Thanks for dedication to the show bro, as we all know you are a man with allot on his plate.
And the fact that you still find time to make the videos is awesome.

Keep up the great work, cant wait to see what the new base does side by side with roots.
Says allot about you and what you expect from the new base when you handicap your self slightly right for the start.

Oh and happy Easter to all the Weed Nerds.

its just like any other pheno hunt, if your looking for a super single parent dom traits, you will have to do the work, and it will be tough. Plushberry is where i have seen the super BCS dom but AOS has the same likelyhood, in all honesty tho your better off to..
1) look at JTR (AOS)
2)look at Space Queen (Plush
3)Compare the two and decide which is more suited to your style
4)Get AOS or Plush depending on which you prefer
5) look for a BCS dom pheno, but dont disregard all the others, you wanna find traits from both parents that compliment eachother
