i hurt my back pretty bad this morning, as usual, doing nothing but picking up something off the ground. I pull back up and BAM! Chronic lower back pain that tenses up my back muscles and forces me to grab a hold of something to take the weight off, or try to get to the ground with out falling on my face. I just stiffen up its bad.. Guess what i was coming here for was to get some opinions on what one of TGA strains would be the absolute best for chronic lower back pain and anti inflammation.. I have read all of Subs descriptions but I know some of you can shed some light as well. any help would be greatly appreciated.. Sooner the better, got a hurtin brother over here
Experienced the same problem few years back. I have a herniated disc in my lower back and it became extremely inflamed, occasionally pinching a nerve and sending me to the ground like you describe. My brother's a physicians assistant and prescribed me some tramadol, but it didn't touch the extreme inflammation. I went to see a doctor and he said I could have back surgery to align my spine, but I said hell no that shit. I had a friend who's mom had a botched back surgery and made her problem worse. I went to see another doctor and he recommended a steroid injection. I got the injection and the inflammation went away and hasn't been back since. I would highly recommend going to the doctor and requesting a steroid injection. I do have to warn you though the injection feels like an elephant is stepping your back and is extremely uncomfortable. Doc wanted to prescribe some kind of drug that can lead to potential permanent change of your personality and cause suicidal ideation that's normally for schizophrenics (Neurontin) - WTF? I didn't take it. Said it was basically came down to whether I was willing to do surgery or not. I've almost given up on standard medicine. I don't find mj helps me all that much either but mine has only come on in the last couple of years so I'm just hoping I haven't found the right strain yet. Works like a champ for my other issues, tho I still need to find a good one for joint pain. I'm wanting to work my way to medibles (tried before) but they (at least the ones I've made) always either are too weak or knock me out -- never a happy mediumIf OR is in the 80s texas is in the 1880s in terms of a medicinal movement. I got unlucky or just have a different sense of smell because both of my females ended up being just nasty funky smelling, even funkier than sensi star. At some point down the road I'm sure I'll pick up a couple of packs and do a proper pheno hunt.
