Thanks hovering I have a judges pass but i dont think my vote will mean shit but it gives me a discount at some of the coffee shops and a nice goody bag. I bet that was pretty sweet back in 94 to be a judge. Back then you could still buy mushrooms in the coffee shops right? I think it would be pretty bad ass to eat a few grams and go on a canal tour. Not a bunch of shrooms but enuff too open up your conciousness a little bit not too much where your way out there. I will be going by myself so that way i feel i can get more accomplished. My situation is kinda like subs first trip to the cup going by himself because none of his friends could get there shit together to pay for a ticket. My exact same situation.

Also congrats to states Colorado and Washington for passing there new adult use laws. Thats what was reported anyway. Unfortunatly the conservative drunks of Montana wanna keep it impossible for the most vulnerable of its citizens needing this medicine to get it. Hopefully these two states get the ball rolling. It should anyway right after all these bozos that have believed Big brothers lies for the last 60 years see white women arent getting raped by black men. There gonna see that it is truly better off for society.[/QUOTE

:weed::weed:Hell yeah Nerds, Colorado and Washington, 2 states in 75 years, I don't even live close and I am happy as hell for all tokers nationwide. This has to be the beginning of the end.

Montana, I was in the Dam last year and hit all the hyped up coffeeshops until I asked a barmaid where her "toker" of a boyfriend liked to go and she told me of a place called Basjoe. Look this place up, super chilled and practically empty, and I found the best ganga in town: G-13xHaze that was super crystallized and very fresh and bombastic.

I hope you enjoy your trip, nothing like being amongst a bunch of folks who don't mind if you puff down anywhere in town. And of course the fresh Heinekens.

Peace

Congrats to Washington State and Colorado! Now we can sit back and watch "hot boxing Barry" take these states over his knee for a spanking. It's official, supreme hypocrisy is now the norm and is the example we set for the children. It's OK that Bronco Bamma could hotbox, but YOU'RE a criminal. See how dat works?

hmm.. since alfalfa meal is a slow release... wouldnt it be good to add some to allow for extra nutrient uptakes when there needed at different times due to the slow release?

Hi nerds, im looking for any info on ace of spades. I have a bcs pheno and a jtr pheno both killer smoke. But the bcs is very light and not dense at all. Has anybody else ran into this. I'm wondering If maybe a longer veg would make a difference with the density. Or if that's just how it grows. I'm not sure. The other pheno get Rick solid nugs. Like I say both are amazing sugar coated.

My BCS phenos look like they're going to be lighter than other plants of the same size as well... my BCS/aos plants are the only ones I haven't had to provide support for the branches due to bud weight. my solution is just to veg and train her extra...

Legal marijuana in Washington state will average $12 a gram, according to the state Liquor Control Board, which has been put in charge of regulating, taxing and selling cannabis in the state by the voters' approval of I-502. At least a year will be spent studying and setting up the marijuana distribution system before adults 21 and older and actually walk in a store and buy weed.

The Liquor Control Board has released a new fact sheet [PDF] on a website designed to help Washington residents keep track of progress to develop regulations for selling and growing marijuana, reports the Spokane Spokesman.

"Based on average retail mark-up prices, estimated producer price is $3 per gram and estimated processor price is $6 per gram," the fact sheet states.

Besides $250 application fee and $1,000 annual licensing renewal fees -- with separate licenses for producer, processor, and retailer -- there's a 25 percent marijuana tax paid by producers at the wholesale level, 25 percent paid by the processor upon sale to a retailer; and another 25 percent excise tax at the retail level. Estimates have varied wildly on the amount of tax revenue which will be generated; some say federal preemption will prevent the pot stores from ever opening.

The number of marijuana outlets per county will be controlled; in other words, once a certain number of outlets are open, no more licenses will be awarded.

• Marijuana producers will be those who grow cannabis for sale at wholesale to processors, and allows for production, possession, delivery and distribution.

• Marijuana processors will process, package, and label cannabis and cannabis-infused products for sale at wholesale to marijuana retailers, and allows for processing, packaging, possession, delivery and distribution.

• Marijuana retailers will sell ready-to-use marijuana and marijuana-infused products at retail outlets designated by the Liquor Control Board.

Retail outlets selling marijuana may not employ anyone under the age of 21, nor allow anyone under 21 to enter the premises. Outlets will be authorized only to sell marijuana, marijuana products, and paraphernalia.

Retailers will be allowed one sign identifying the outlet's business or trade name, not to exceed 1,600 square inches. They are not allowed to display marijuana or marijuana related products in a manner that is visible to the public.

The initial provisions of I-502 (decriminalization of one ounce, and marijuana DUI law) will go into effect on December 6, 2012, 30 days after the election.

The Liquor Control Board has until December 1, 2013, to establish the procedures and criteria necessary to implement the production, processing, and retail sale of marijuana.

Individuals will still be subject to criminal penalties if they possess more than an ounce of marijuana, 16 ounces of marijuana-infused products, or 72 ounces of marijuana-infused liquids. Marijuana paraphernalia such as smoking pipes are now legal to possess.

Possession of any quantity of marijuana or cannabis products by a person under 21 years of age will still result in criminal prosecution.

I am a Washington resident and this post raised more questions than it answered.
How will this ever work and get off the ground?
It boggles the mind.
Not to mention an ounce of weed is legal dec 6 2012 but no stores until at least feb 2014.
Sounds like a trap to me if you can have the weed but got it by means that are still illegal.
<---- thats been my feelings and expressions since tuesday.
