Hey folk's, Friday evening I had everthing stripped and hung up drying.

I had 2 in a pot x2 again it seems to work with what I'm doing they turned out better than some others.

I would've taken more off the bottom but it's not easy reaching into the back corner after they've grown there's too much bending and leaning involved, this happens every time I need to address it in future it'll help with humidity at least.

I've tried increasing the fan speed it doesn't make any difference its the air coming in that's the problem.

I've thought about a closed system but I don't grow enough to warrant that measure tbh cutting back would be the most logical solution, I'll see what happens?

Yeah I get what I mean bro to warrant doing it closed means ud wanna fill space to get moneys worth outta it maybe growing slightly less will help try that and see you could always try closed system next run if you not happy with this

Yes that's it bud, I've no need for more weed plus I couldn't justify the outlay and hassle of it in any way.

I've got some nice plants to grow now so I can live with cutting back a little in favour of lst/net that'll be fun.

Cheers bud

Are them two plants in the same pot ? .... maybe if you cut back you could just up the pot size and veg longer like Connor said you could always just grow the one massive plant out it on a caster trolley and you can swivel it around 360 degrees then

When you mean closed you mean a sealed room ? Complete control of the environment .. thought of the cost scares me but knowing you can have everything on point just knowing your gna grow in perfect conditions

Hey bud, thanks for the suggestions, I've got a 45/50ltr airpot for one big plant I'm going to use in the not too distant future (on castors thanks) but for now i've got 8ltr and 15ltr for the autopots so I can use less plants and veg a bit longer for now.

Yes both those plants were grown in the same pot, for pheno hunting or if yeild is less important than variety its worth a try.

yes a sealed room that's the one, having the ideal environmental would be nice but more than anything I've no interest in using c02 even for free type thing, nothing personal with co2 it's all the fine tuning and time spent before I'd get a satisfactory crop.

Cheers

Gotta love those airpots man especially the bigger ones sure there a lil messy but once u got the watering em down I think there a big improvement over traditional pots there only advantage is they hold water a bit longer and you can usually fit more in with traditional ones other than that the airpots are better imo

Anyone got the solution for russet mites ? I Dno how I've got them I spoke to the owner of the property and he had them a couple of grow back so I'm assuming they've been on the property in the garden somewhere have stayed dormant and now they've come back I've used their solution that slowed them down but there still there I need to get rid before I chop everything down and dip the clones I've taking in bleach I've been told Suffolk x is a solution but it's an American product and hard to find over here thanks

I'm sorry to hear that bud, I used isopropyl alcohol to take care of fruit flies I originally read about it being used to kill mites, aphids and thrips.

Micronised sulphur might be worth checking out at I've read some of the common pest die if they come in contact with it, I'm also reading it's good for a pm prevention measure pm can't grow on it.

Edit...citric acid also kills mites be sure to use wetting agent with it.
