so if a $135k fine for witness intimidation in a civil rights case triggers you so much, what fine would you be OK with for harassing and tormenting the people bringing suit against you for violating their equal rights, bigot?
The problem with your thought process is it defaults to the idea that rights are really just revocable privileges and fall under the auspices of government to give, alter or deny.
If people really had equal rights, they would ALL possess the right of self determination.
Which means if both parties to an interaction wish to interact, they can.
If one party wishes not to interact with another, he/she may exercise their right to DECLINE the interaction. Property is the thing that determines who in a given situation has the ability to remain in a given place and who is asked to leave.
Could you, (using your big boy words) point out which of my is in error ?
