friggin A jberry i seriously love canna! it never ceases to amaze me, my 4 1/2 day old sprouts are bigger than most peoples at a week and a half.

i really wish i could use 100% coco and canna nutes on my querilla grow but its just not practical . i have to cut it and use my FF nutes which i always seem to burn with. im def not gonna give them more than 1/4 strength for the entire grow.

i will be doing an auto jock horror in 100% coco in my yard tho. i dont know if you have any autoflower experience but how do you think i should use the feeding schedule. i was thinking of just using the amounts for veg for the first 2-3 weeks untill i see hairs and then switching to bloom.

anyways just felt like showing a little canna love in the canna thread!

Thanks Rockstar, its Blue Dream and it will be one of the last times I grow it... even though its a real hard worker... it is pretty much a staple in my area and it is priced at damn near mid-grade strain prices even though most people would agree that its quality is a solid 8.5-9.0

It's just saturated here... people will actually ask for "anything but the dream".... The fact that it does so well outdoors causes additional problems in the fall, winter, and these days even the spring

The clubs just got a new ruling past 6-0 allowing them 3,000 sq. ft. of canopy grow space at commercial electricity rates ! At the same time they set a limit on the amount of clubs allowed in town and will not allow any new clubs to open... -Now, they wont need to buy medicine from the home grower/"patent vendor" anymore and they will pretty much put everyone out of business real quick while they make ten times as much $$ for their "passionate care". Plus they will pretty much control the majority of the strain market. We as growers really are coming to the end of the marijuana boom (at least in Cali)... Nobody is thinking of how mj becoming legal is going to effect the growers and breeders who have dedicated their lives to this industry... Step aside for government and marlboro to run the show
Cool for them, and any person with no connection that wants to spend $60 an eighth, but shitty for everyone else imo.

shit dude where i live, i gotta pay 60 an 8th for anything that doesnt taste like dirt and has a thc content above 2.7% haha. fuckin sucks thats why im trying to grow my own, midis rules the streets.

i actually piss my friends off cuz i complain about their shitty ass disgusting weed all the time hahaha

Growing in coco you rarely need to go much above a 2.0 EC but generally speaking I would say 1.8 - 2.2 should get you in the acceptable range on the higher side... if you need to go stronger for some reason then try taking it up to 2.4-2.8 but thats as high as I would go and this would probably show signs of overdose on most strains and indoor plants unless they are really big or heavy feeders.

I usually peak out around 2.0 or soo for blooming.

Thats the least i can do, ive read through this forum and the canna one and it seems to be a full time job for u helping all of us out. iill post pics of grow i did a few months ago before i found you, and ill post my current grow which is about 10 days away from the chop and u can see first hand difference. its truley amazine.

me and my buddy have just turned to canna coco he is 5 wks into flowering and has developed what i think is mag def as our water has a high calcium content i took some pics of worst plant could you agree or diagree on my diagnos any help would be most grateful and am i right in thinking i can teat with epsom salts to help fix this problem

Mag might be a part of your problem but it looks like a few issues combined... I have an idea of whats happening but lets get to the bottom of it...

got a pic of a leaf that is just starting to get the def? does it start with the tips, edges, or with brown/yellow spots? or fading between leaf veins?
how much calcium is in your water?

what part of the plant did the problem start... top? bottom, middle? - new growth or old growth??

also what nutes and additives r u using and how much?

pH? EC?

is it causing your leaves to grow smaller than usual? brittleness? or any other side effects? leaves curling up? or down?

okay , if you want i can post pictures but they arent necessary. could anyone help me with a ph problem? i have been putting water in at ph 6 and its been coming out a little above 5. im still using the drops. it seems like even though i flushed a few days ago , and ive been watering with good ph water the ph just WONT GO DOWN? has anyone had this problem and does anyone know how i can fix it? + rep for help , im just speechless on this one. musta flushed each 3 gallon pot with 8-9 gallons and still PROBLEMS! one weird thing is when i leave the phed runoff in the tube , 5 hours later itll be yellow instead of orange. hmmm . help!

Lately I have been using a 1000w hps per 4X4 tray, but I do have a couple of 6' trays with with two 1000w hps over each 6 ft. tray... For security reasons, I rather not tell you my dimensions and all that, and as tempting as it is to post pics of my set up, I just cant justify doing stuff like that in my situation... I get paranoid everyday and consider removing the few pics that I have posted here lol.

It is really just a safety measure to avoid unwanted attention...It is a totally legit and legal medical grow and I am a legit medical grower protected under prop 215 and various county laws...
I always make sure to follow the general attorneys guidelines, I just happen to live where you can legally do a lot more than other counties and I need a lot of medicine for my health conditions

Anyhoo, I supplement every 1000 watts of HPS with 100 watts of T5 floros to reduce stretch and increase yield and shorten node spacing... I do this using 400 watt T5's but you could use several smaller watt T5's... You can also increase the effects by increasing the T5 wattage to 130 watts of T5 floros to every 600 watts of HPS (I use about half that because that is what is convenient for my situation)
