Right on good to know. Normally i grow soil organic, looking for that quick growth and higher yield so im trying the coco.heres what im thinking:

200 ppm calmg entire grow
Veg- 1 month
6 3 gal smartpots
50%coco 50%perlite
Nute:
Canna coco a/b
Cannazyme after 1 week
Rhizotonic

Bloom
Canna coco a/b
Cannazyme (first 2-3 weeks)
Rhizotonic (first 2-3 weeks)
Pk 13/14
Hydroplex week 1-6
Organic guano 1-6
Week 6 to finish bud xl water and molasses
Flush 5 days

Sounds good, drop the rhizotonic after 3rd week of flower but use the cannazyme all the way through.

I used the full canna line with magne-cal+ and liquid silicone in an 11L smart pot and got just over 8oz from 1 plant using topping and lst, you can see my grow here https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/669112-1st-grow-how-does-look.html

my tap water has a ppm of about 315, is that too much to use with the canna nutes?

okay, im still working my way through this thread so forgive me for asking before reading everything.

Do I need to have a return system if im using coco in smart pots? or is it realistic to think that I can have a top drip system that doesnt flood out? Or is this just simply not how these products are designed?

I currently have a handful of couple week old clones, I plan to transplant soon.

Does any one have any info on growing with the Canna-Terra line because all i read is on there coco line. Like can i use R/O water with Terra ? Any info on this line would help. Im thinking of growing MMJ for myself if the 25 mile rule changes over here in Arizona.

The terra is for pre charged soils and soiless mediums. And yes you can use r/o but some cal/mag suppliments might be needed

Currently using royal gold red bag coco. it had something ridiculous like a 2000ppm runoff so I preflush before use.
Running the basic A&B, with rhizo/cannazym/hygrozyme here and there. Then molasses and PK13/14 in flower.
Who has canna brand coco and if so are you guys pre flushing it before use?

i don't rinse my canna coco when it's new. I do rinse cheaper bricks though.

Is canna coco that much better than the bricks?
I know with the bricks it takes longer as you have to rinse it and precharge with calmag/nutes etc but if you have the time to do that is it worth paying the extra for the canna brand?

im not sure if it's much better but personally I think it's less of a hassle.

Canna i 1 of the top 3 coco brands that have the cleanest out of the bag coco

I have heard very good things about it, i may get a bag when i use up this last brick and give it a go

I run the full coco line plus moab during the final 2 or so weeks. Happy with the results.
