the + next to a visitors name, WTF does it mean?!!

If someone will just please, for the love of god, any god, shit I'm not picky, please tell me what the fuck a + next to a visitor name is?!! WHAT IS THE PATTERN??!! Whatever it is MUST hold the meaning of existance!!! okay, overly dramatic, but whatever, but seriously, anyone, if you know, please share this sacred hidden knowledge, kept from us the common folk of rui...(it was either this or get us a nuke to worship, like I've always said, don't get more cult than nuke worshiping... )

Maybe it means those particular visitors are on your friends list?

i thought that too, but some of my friends don't have them, and some do...and one that wasn't on my list has them...What is the pattern, i'm sure its part of some evil alien conspiracy, I just know it!!!! Either that or it means something simple and near meaningless....more likely, but I still have to know!! †LOL† is there a known disorder involving obsessing over answers?!
