I know Serapis, this sounds weird to me too. My lawyer said since I've never been in any serious trouble, I own my house, and I have a business, that I probably didn't go to jail because I was not seen as a flight risk.

Dude! Are you in the USA? They had you dead to rights on what they physically saw and found. They didn't know anything else.
Large amount but you could still argue personal use only because you smoke constantly..
But when you said you only sell to your friends, you "confessed" not admitted but no shit confesses to dealing and transportation of a schedule 1 drug.

Own your own home and business? Federal charges will take those away if they can prove drug money was involved with either. You could loose the house as it was being used in criminal activity.
You had guns and drugs? If you get charged with a felony drug charge you can also get charges with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
They took pictures of things to use as evidence.
You stand a big chance of loosing your property along with being locked up as I am sure they are building a case and trying to figure out "your friends"...

There was a raid on a MAYOR and they shot his dog in front of his little children. I think the dog was actually fleeing and the bastards chased it down.

I would try to find youre local police site.Check the records of all that was arrested that day it happend.They run stings & youll notice almost every person that got busted that day was over the same thing.Do you know anyone or have any friends that use or sell meth?I bet thats the reason why they came in the first place.Someone got poped with some meth(possibly bud also) and when they asked for names,you were one of probly many given.
