story sounds a little exaggerated IMO.

why would the cops take a pound out of your safe (of your "top" buds) but yet, leave the cash????? By law, the cash should have been considered "drug money" because it was stored (sitting next to) a pound of marijuana. They should have photographed it.. before they even moved anything... and again they def. should have confiscated all and any of the money that was being stored with it.

I dunno... just sounds suspicious to me. One or two things is going on here with this story: (don't take it personal) but..

A: Either your lying about the entire story.. or you have added things/ left things out/
B: Your just exaggerating with the story
C: Those were some crooked cops. REALLY fucking crooked...

So it's 2012 and i'm done with everything. only 18 oz made it to court. I plea bargained down to a misdemeanor and did 90 days in the county.

This happened to my girlfriends step dad in ft Collins colorado. The drug unit knocked, showed the warrant, went to the plants, yanked em,but left about a pound that was right in the open. Lol they took his homedepot buckets and his res and took his ballasts but left the hoods and bulbs. It turned out some dumbass smoked with him, got pulled and told the cops where he smoked at and where my gilfriends step dads plants were. Im assumming that they went over and his electric bills for the warrant. No charges or probation, the stupid thing is that it happened a week before amendment 64 passed lol.

not in Colorado you won't. after your probation is up yeah but until then you'll be shut down, a friend got busted here and convicted of a felony , he got 2 years but it was suspended and he got two years supervised probation. he won't be growing or smoking or even drinking for two years.

but yeah I bet they were pulling raids left and right before 64, with my friend they left all his plants and gear but took his weed. larimer county just got sued for fuckloads for destroying plants, like 5k dollars a plant, over 200k total.

Just admit you helped the cops. That's why they didn't arrest you and that's why it went down to a misdemeanor.
