2 grams pot generally fills up a cigarette tube (that is pre rolled and has a filter on it) pretty tightly packed and nice rolled, with a hand cigarette machine. break off filter for easy rolled pretty joints:). Im all about being lazy and 2 grams is about all that will fit in there so they are perfectally measured.

unfortunately my last grow didnt produce enough and i only have cash for schwag.... bummer but better than nothing i guess. cant use the machine because i have to burn 4g between me and a room mate for us to catch slight buzz. but hes payin for half.
man we cant wait till this crop finishes out..........:(

Just a quick update on my flowering room. I had 6 clones that had been flowering under cfls for about 1 week. Fuck that bullshit! I flipped my ocsilating fan upside down so it's suspended and this gave me the room i needed. I had to make a temporary self out of plywood and 2x4's in the corner to elevate the plants but that was easy. So i moved them under the hps 2 days ago and they are loving it like they should. :blsmoke: I also had to make a temporary redirector shield for my intake fan. I need to fix that soon haha! The clones have been flowering for 10 days total. Sorry i couldn't really get a good picture because my batteries were dieing but the clones are very healthy and the pictures are so you can see my teporary setup.

what are your thoughts on starting flowering for a week or so under cfl,s before blasting them with hps,do you think that the first ten days are important in the flowering stage,are do you find that the first week are so is not that crucial,meaning do you think they will finish in the same time with the same yield as if you started them flowering under hps right away.

I had them under 225 watts of 2700k cfl's and 54 watts of 6500k cfl's, so 279 watts total. I'm sure they will be fine, we'll see in about 7 weeks.

hey trapper.. I would guess the first 3 weeks of flowering are super crucial... that is when the PLANT will have its greatest vertical growth and that is when you wantto keep the nodes CLOSE together... HPS inyensity is the way to GO... if you have CFLs too.. you should use them for side lighting..

I got the numbers here for that harvested plant. 63 grams of bud after drying and i also smoked probably close to a quarter oz already, and before weighing it so it would be safe to say that she yielded very close to 2.5 ounces of very nice bud in total. I thought the buds dry'd quickly at just over 5 days hanging, but they are dry, trust me they are dry. I would be the first person to complain about wet weed... I smoked about 10 joints and haven't seen a seed yet and the weed burns perfectly, not too wet, not too dry, it's very nice and will be better after a cure. :wink:

yeah toke...great yeild. My BB have been curing
for about a week and has been getting more potent
every day and the harsh after taste is gone. Let me
know when your kush is ready...we should match bowls..

Great job major! I'm exactly the same as you, by the tim harvest comes I've only got a half the plant left.

Nice fat colas by the way. Impressive.:mrgreen:

Today was a nightmare! I know some of you were looking forward to this day and i know who you guys are but anyways... This morning i decided to harvest another plant because my first one harvested is so good. I picked my finest looking plant with the largest cola. I am checking her out closely and i notice something doesn't seem right. The cola is hard and looks great, but has a tiny soft spot and upon closer inspection i discover that this HUGE ass cola had been hit by the mold army. FUCK! The thing looked perfect! I had no choice but to discard that beautiful monster cola. I probably could have salvaged some but didn't want to risk it. I smoked a couple dubies to calm myself down and so i could continue on with my day. All the smaller buds on the plant look good so trimmed them up and hung them to dry.

Now i am worried so i go into my grow room and chop my second largest cola and examine it closely. This mother fucker looks great!.. until i cut it open to check out the middle that i was worried about. FFFUUUUUCCCCKKKKKKK!!! NO! NO! NO! NOT ME! WHY ME? This second largest cola had also been hit but nearly as bad as the first, a very small portion was salvaged. I was very picky about what i kept, only part of the cola that was a reasonable distance away and i didn't keep anything that i wouldn't personally smoke. Well that got me really excited so after a few more dubies i went and chopped the remaining colas and thank god they are fine.

I am assuming this happened because of the, very large dense colas + high humidity, but am not 100% sure. My humidity was around 55 - 65% through out the flowering stage. I continue to smoke dubie after dubie because this shit has me stressed.

BRO!!!!!! so sorry about your loss.... that happened to me once.. I harvested the entire garden.... about 300 plants..... I got lucky..

I ended up harvesting all my plants a week early.. but it was only one plant out of 300 that had mold.... cha ching $$$$

IT will never happen to you againh..

Whao thats not cool man. how can you stop that?? is there a way to prevent the bud to mold during flower? 2 huge colas in the garbage DAM! but hey you still got more. look forward to that shit:mrgreen::blsmoke:

Hey Toke...mold sucks don't it. I had the same problem with my
BB harvest. I cannot credit the mold to humidity because mine was
on the lower sides of 40% most of flower.
I might have to suggest that a lack of air-flow (over crowding)
caused my mold and due to your similar enclosed set-up, this could
be the culperate.

Sorry to hear the bad news Major...I think Johny has it right though, more air circulation could not hurt...Look forward to seeing what you end up with..GL, and man, that was a very nice grow!
