id ask what your workout consists of, but i feel the answer will be somethin like your avi! lol one of my fav sayins to say right there. today is back an a lil bit of biceps. ima start to condense my workouts just go a lil heavier an harder than before.
I do this right here my man. Switching up at the end to a different routine though, great routine I'm doing, just gotta keep my body guessing

Run sprint intervals

Or do cardio strength training

my workouts are to get me stronger an i at max i take a minute between sets so its cardio based, but i just dont feel its enough. last time i choose to ran i did sprint intervals an i liked it a lot better than controlled joggin for 2 miles. i hear ya tho we been needin rain, but when you're in a city below sea level already makin the humidity high an it rains like this.....fuckin sucks.

Ive been doing my usual routine now of running crunching and lifting still but today i tried the insanity ab ripper workout (the tougher version of p90x) and it kicked my ass. The whole thing takes 40 minutes and i did tough it out but god damn my stomach is on fire and my abs look amazing, i should have found this shit sooner ill have my 6 pack in no time.

yep, i'm back in the health dojo. for 4 days i stretched. for 2 days I ran. for one day thus far I lifted weights. as much as i like the feeling of intoxication : I must say that having great health feels better. getting intoxicated with great health is just a good time but too much takes a toll on the health and degrades the goodness. i'm subbed.

Yea, ive been over to your state a few times... And that humidity is out right insane... In shade sweating balls.

Nc is worse, it used to be ike 65 degrees in the morning and we would do sheetrock work, by 9am we were drenched in sweat.

Here, its more of a dry heat. No moisture in the air at all

Are you doing them in a circuit a fashion?

Over reaching or overtraining sucks. Takes time to get out of that bad cycle

Well just to update I guess. Actually been walkin everyday about a mile or so, not running my knee don't like running. Still doin the same with my dumbbells just increased em to 30lbs, not able to do as many reps with heavier weight yet but I'll get em up there. Stayin steady around 220lbs give or take a pound or two. U guys were talkin bout plank exercises and I was checkin em out but not sure how to work it into my circuit. Like b4 I do my pushups maybe, do u just do it once during each set and try to hold it for like 30sec at first and do it a couple times or how do u do plank, like reps and how long do u hold it and all that stuff?

Well I to 219lbs for the 1st time in a long time today. Tryin to work sum plank into my routine, how many plank reps do u normally do and how long do u hold it for? When I push it I can probably hold it for like a minute, is that an average time or how long should I try to hold it for? Oh and I've been walkin like a mile everyday too.

p man my new job is gonna fuck up my workout schedule now! i usually went an trained at my friends house, but ima be workin while he's off work an vice versa. they put me on the shitty shift, but i guess i can use the bowflex at the crib. just sucks cause i wont be able to work my legs out hard enough on that thing. not enough weight.
