This is a design I got from the old OG site before it went down or a different site that was 20+ years ago…
The material’s
1 - 2.5 gallon Tupperware or Rubbermaid container
1 - smaller plastic container with lid it doesn’t matter much
1 - aquarium heater you can get a cheap non adjustable one or a adjustable one I like to dial in my temp! Don’t get the one I show in the picture it’s a PITA to adjust and get right! Notice the difference between my thermometer and heater setting?
1 - thermometer to make sure your temperature is what you want
2 - 2 plain sponges no soap or weird stuff on them
keep the sponges moist, not dripping! A drip every 5-10 seconds when held on one edge works for me…Also keep one side of the smaller container open don’t seal it up all the way! This thing has popped old seeds 10 plus years old, seeds I found in my toolbox, seeds stored improperly it works! Just plain water and away you go!
