THE FUTURE IN LEDS's!!!

Anyone of you LED users willing to post a picture for scrutiny!
I can't even fathom how these LED users can talk so much with zero hard evidence.

Post a pic or shut up!

(Honestly, I would like nothing better then to buy 1000's of LED's.................. IF they work!)

All that is ever thrown around is mathematical equations.

Nobody ever post a pic of an LED harvest.

Hell, nobody even claims to have secondhand knowledge of a good LED grow.
(Like, "We got so high off that shit.")

If there was a spark of physical evidence then I would be deep into an LED grow right now.

I don't like running 4000w of power 12 hrs a day.
But, how else can i get something as beautiful as this?

I know there have been definite improvement of LED's over the years, and I have no idea how they'd work for a grow, but I'm curious to know. I have a digital single LED flashlight that's four inches long, uses one small 3 volt battery, has two beams, low (60 lumens), high (180 lumens) owned it for three years now, and have only changed the battery once. Every bit as bright as the old black 5- 'D' cell skull thumping Maglites the LEO's used to carry, back in the day.

LED is actually very good at maximizing resin production. I think it's funny when people say their buds are so much bigger than mine but with FOUR times the light wattage, they better be right? My flowering operation runs along at about 575W and 4.2 Amps. Fans, lights, mover. At night, when most stuff is off, it runs about 530Watts less. ;-)

You can look in my albums to see my setup and other photos of what I've been up to. I've made two harvests and more coming up in 4 and 6 weeks I think. There are some scraggly looking things in there right now. I fugged them up with too much fert in the water tank at once. They mostly pulled through. The one cola shot above is the nicest-looking one a week before harvest, I think, I'm a little high on my own G-13 supply. Even burnt it stones me out. 8)

Please let me get the hang of things a little better before you claim that I've failed to illustrate LED's potential here. I anticipate much better things form Crop 3-just started flowering--and later. My first wimpy crop only got .77 oz from two plants. Still drying the recent stuff, but it looks to be at least twice the mass per plant. Then the next one looks even better, so the fert fiasco didn't kill it all. Just made me take some girls a few weeks early. The rest pulled through and we'll have a dry weight in about a week. K?

But I have Crops 4, 5, 6 and 7 vegging in my CFL tent... Keep an eye out for new journals beginning soon....

At that rate it is going to take you all 7 crops just to cover your losses on the LEDs.

Let's say your 2nd crop and so on, do twice as good as your first.
That's an estimated 1.5 ounces off over 500w!
I would be so depressed off those results, a tear would surely fall.
I run 1000w HPS/MH bulbs. The are by far the best artificial sun yet created.(That is what were trying to do.)
With 4 plants under 1, 1000w bulb, I can expect well over a pound of dense chronic.
If everything is dialed in...... 2 pounds..
So that's a conservative 500g off my 1, 1000w HPS/MH. (Always get more)
If you double your harvest, it still 10% of mine. Conservatively!
I'm only using twice the power, twice the plants, with 10x the results.

So far, the only viable future for LEDs is streetlights.

I'm all for innovation but so far, so bad.

(Further note):
You are not running a true LED system.
You have CFL's in there.
Just admit that you were misguided, it happens every day.
Add some more CFL's before it's too late.
I don't mean to rain on your parade.
This advice is coming from someone who would like nothing better then a new, better light source.
