I never weighed it! I am still enjoying it. A little goes a long way! I brought it to the Sacramento BBQ Dec 13th and shared it with the crew. It was so cold I had to put the jar on the coals to get it soft. It smelled amazing - cedar was a scent suggested by a member. Great for wake and bake on a cold morning. We got shit done that day!

Bonjour ami Frenchi Cannoli! Do you recommend fresh frozen or dry cured for bubble hash? Sorry if you covered this already, I did not read this whole thread yet.

To quote Frenchy - Never freeze your trichomes!
I do not recommend freezing in general, I work with fresh or cured material.
I see. Do you get better results with dry sift or bubble? Thanks! I have blue magoo, orange crush and pineapple that are some of the frostiest strains I have found. I have done water hash in the past, before there was youtube or useful forums, and had a lot of trial and error and eventually stuck to dry sift. I plan on doing terpene isolation from my bubble water so I will be getting some new bags. Any bags you recommend? Do you recommend bubble washing machines? I watch bubblemans world and know about freshheadies so I might get some gear from him. Do you use his bags? Thanks for all of your invaluable information. Do you get better quality with fresh or cured? what is the difference in your opinion? Thanks!

I have my own custom made bags from Boldtbags, full grade lab mesh with no plastic but at the very top. Super light, easy to keep clean, better water flow and more surface to spray clean the resin before collecting.
If you like dry sieve the best is to do a super light sieve of the trims with a 220 or 190 microns sieve and do the ice water after, best of both world.
The difference between fresh and cured is huge but there is no best, they represent the two peaks of terpenes profiles of Cannabis flowers.
Why are you interested in terpenes isolation from your water?
Since the terpenes are formed inside the resin glands which are non soluble in water, where do these terpenes come from???

Dr Pecker It depends what your looking for do you care more for yield then you do flavour and high or do you not care for yield as long as the quality is there. I just got 24% return from Mickey Kush it was a Alcohol wash but still high yield and quality but the plant it self doesn't yield huge. There so many things to consider when choosing whats best for you and your situation, if you narrow down more what your looking for maybe then we could recommend some strains for you :)

If you like TGA Dr., Timewreck is a good one, yield is real good and the resin is awesome
I do like tga. I haven't seen any growing outside in michigan though. I had a jack the ripper clone once that I recall drooling over. Unfortunately I never cloned it looking back I wish I had. I tried a pack of pandoras box and only got one pheno It was kind of a light yield. You dont get much for a five pack I should have started with at least 15. I only get about 50 to 60 good days of flower time. Perhaps I should look into light deprivation.
