I keep them at 45-50% humidity (pretty close to what Nug said) and plenty of airflow. One thing I'm careful of is not allowing a circulating fan to blow directly on them. I find this sucks the moiture from the surface of the nug too fast, and then the inside can't dissipate the higher moisture content into the dry, crispy outside. Also, total darkness to keep the tricomes from degrading. I jar cure as well. I keep the jars in a rifle locker (keeps light AND people out lol). Difference between me and Nug is I go straight from the drying room to jars, and burp them from there once a day until they are dry enough to smoke, but just barely. Then I burp about once a week for a few weeks.
I am by no means an expert though. That's just what works for me.
What did the harvest weigh fresh? I usually lose about 75% of the fresh weight. (1 pound fresh ends up approximately a QP when it's dry)
