lol damn you really tied that little beyotch down! awesome job. Buds look dankalicious too.

& honestly I've never had a problem with lst'ing a flowering plant. I've done it many a time with success, but to be 100% effective it should be started as early as possible. I'm lazy about it until it becomes something I absolutely have to address. Imagine that, a stoner procrastinating.
i had no choice but to wait to start lsting it...it was so short and dense before that it was pointless..no more ight got through when it was tied down then not...but in the last week or two it had lil growth spurts and made it tall enough to bend it to open up all the bottom bud sites

You should tie her down now before she gets further along.
yep...already started it....its almost as big as the diesel now and its not a month old yet...got about 6 bud sites...it got tied the same day as the diesel..this plant is branching out more..so more light is getting to the bottom...i think its gonna have a bunch of colas on it.

one more thing...just smoked another joint of old leaves that fell off or i cut off the diesel...been doing a kinda mini cure on them...the same method i plan on using for my harvest...the leaves had almost no green taste to it...it def has that diesel taste to it...got us both pretty high...really good head high....and thats just leaves.....ahhhh cant wait for it to get done.wont be a huge harvest...but will keep me in some good dank till the others start finishing up.i thought tonight that before i start the papaya im going to start a batch of some mid seeds...i want to see if i get the same results from a none auto strain.these last 2 was both autos...they are really small for their age.i know most of it was from the massive heat issue i had at the start.so if i grow these mids out and in 2-3 weeks they follow a normal growth path and not all stunted and droopy...then i know it was these plants growing condition...then ill feel better about starting the papaya

just started germing about 15 mid seeds from some dank weed i got a couple weeks ago....im hoping at least 5-6 of them sprout...then ill find out within 2-3 weeks if my setup and grow medium is finally tuned in right

Sounds good bro. I bet the diesel gives you more potent smoke tho.

regular seeds will get much larger than autos so be careful if you are limited by space.

hell..i want it to grow as much as possable...ive got a lot of height in my box..just not much width.but ill have the room to train the hell out of it.on my last grow the plant was over 3 foot...but only had 2 foot of space...i trained the hell out of it..it got bushy with a ton of branches.but i take in consideration the growth that happens with reg strains during flowering.ive grown plenty of reg strains and never had stunted growth like this.always big bushy plants..only these autos have stayed small on me.so im ready for a big grow

Always had good success germing bag seeds man. Stop by my grow on page 19 & check out the progress on my bagseeds & my diesels if you haven't seen them.

right now...somehow...the roadrunner has more of a skunky smell then the diesel does.i know the diesel is supposed to be more potent..cant tell by the current smell tho.they say that the diesel ryder has a strong odor while flowering...mine dont...but the roadrunner is stinking up my room

yep..ive seen your grow man...all looking good.and ive had mostly success with bagseeds...up till the last batch i tried...before i ordered these seeds..i started 20 seeds and none took...guess they was just too old.but this batch of seeds was off a fresh plant...so the seeds are still riping...the ones i used tonight was greenish and ready to go

Ya none of these seed banks want to admit in the ads that their autos only produce a 1/4 of dank indoors. Genetics are all over the place from seedbank to seedbank. I don't think I wanna mess with em. I considered it but I need something that's gonna yield me at least an oz or so per plant or more.

i agree...ill give it another couple years worth of genetic work before i grow anymore autos...it seems a grow can go 50/50..either a great plant with a decent yield...or a tiny ass plant with a small yield.they are too unstable....and the seedbanks wont tell you that.its just not worth it for the time...and the money..per plant to grow autos.i think a big problem with them is the autoflowering part..what throws the plants off is they flower so fast...like both mine in under 2 weeks...that before they get a chance to veg and grow..its putting all its energy into flowering...i like the autoflower part of it...but wish it would wait at least a month to flower

They are usually good for a year or two, sometimes a little longer, depending on how you store them.

Thats gonna take more genetic manipulation lol

yeah..and thats part of the problem...they fuck with its natural traits so much that they ruin what it was intended to do.look at like hindu kush...those are the strains that grew on river banks naturally and they take those seeds and grow new plants, mothers, and flower them with their own kind...and they end up being the best plants out there...it seems the more they fuck with the genetics to "improve the strain" the more it makes it unstable

this is what i like to see..this is the info on hindu kush.....
This pure Indica seed-strain comes directly from the massive mountain range for which it is named. The Hindu Kush is the western spur of the Himalayas, covering half of Afghanistan and straddling the borders of Pakistan and India, reaching almost to China. This desolate and beautiful region forms an important trade-route between the Middle East, central Asia and the Far East and the ancient cannabis traditions of the surrounding cultures have met and merged here over centuries. Put simply, the Hindu Kush is the absolute centre of the world when considering true Indica or Afghanica genotypes and the various forms of black hashish produced from them.
This cultivar has been selected for quality and stability over countless generations, always breeding within its own gene pool. Hindu Kush produces very consistent seedlings and is an excellent variety for uniform indoor crops grown straight from seed

lets see...what all went on tonight...first i watered both plants...both got a dose of big bud..the last feeding of that for the diesel...and 2 tsp of molasses.both are about on the same watering cycle now...the roadrunner is sucking up the moisture fast.i also said fuck it...and did the lollipop thing to the diesel tonight...i took off a few of the lower branches...now the main cola and the bottom side branches are seperated.i still hope to harvest the main cola then wait on the rest of the plant...just dont think the bottom is going to produce much.seems the main cola swells more and more everyday...but here is some pics.i also took a pic of the lil popcorn buds i got off the branches.
