not at all but I purchased 3 and had 3 of those boxes in another plain brow box. Ask them to remove the labeling but they do that for inventory purposes I guess. Pakistan Customs opened the box, saw this packaging and still let them through so it shouldn't be a problem.

yeah I will tell them. They certainly look the neatest boards I have seen on Ali Baba.. only downside I guess would be no waterproofing / splash protection, Doesn't really concern me but some people seem to want it.

That's what the packaging for 3 looks like and then you have the individual packaging from within

Why the hell did you buy 5000k for flowering?

I was quoted right as 301s were being used mainly. Like 6-8months ago. So they may just not have them anymore.
I have some bare bords That I’ve designed and would sell and ship to you if you want. I’m currently going to be reflowing the LEDs on here myself to cut costs and eventually sell them as conversion kits so everyone with quantum boards can keep their drivers & replace there boards with mine so they can save money and only have to buy drivers for the colored LEDs if they chose to

first time grower here.. I have a 5x5 gorilla with extension.. to 8ft.
I'm looking at the fluence/gravita style clone 1000w with 301b and 9 bars.. uv/uv/osram .. Is this a stupid idea?. I originally wanted 2 hlg v2 rspecs, as the numbers looked better for the money.. Rita wants 920 shipped for the light.. what do you guys think? I want to maximize my 5x5 and will be using coco and an open system with c02 supplementation, 711 cfm fan for exhaust, have dehumidifier and fresh air supply ducted in.

This is the colour temp on each of the boards: Color Temperature: 2700K+4000K+660nm+730nm+385nm - 276 pcs (LM301h 256 LEDs + 660nm 14 LEDs+ 730nm 2 LEDs + LG uv 385 nm 2 LEDs)

That would be ok for full cycle?
I’ve designed an LED board that has 216 LM301B 22 Cree 660 NM, 4 730nm and two LG 380 NM each as it’s own channel so it can grow anything and from my spectrum meter it’s all about how much power is distributed between all the LEDs. From doing tons of research from reading and growing having all these different colored LEDs especially the 660 and 730nm within a certain differences of micromoles/power plants actually produce more photosynthesis. In your case if you have more of the 4000k leds then 2700k it would have a better Chance of full cycle. If you find out what kind of LEDs are on the board along with the power distributed to each color you could go online and look up how many micromoles each color is producing and find the percentage difference and just google red to far red ratios on plant growth.

Please post a link to where you can buy QB288 panels with LM561c S1's for $4-5/PC.
Thanks
I tried to get a quote from Meijiu last night for some QB800s with LM561c's.
She said they don't have any bare boards for sale with 561s. "Too old" she said.
The only thing Meijiu sells with lm561c's now is in the form of a kit with ballast and heatsink. Their prices on them are actually higher than LM301b/h per diode.
Yes bro I want to see that link as well, so are you saying the prices have went up ok leds?

The best one I’ve seen had UV, 660Nm & 730nm along with the white LEDs as each color was its own channel so any plant in any stage grows correct. And yeah the 9 bar should be good for a 5 x 5 but the price is kind of high for an Alibaba vender

I just did a build on paper looking at the budget leds website.
6X Series 3 rspec 150w boards
6X heat sinks for boards
1X double heatsink for the drivers
1x480 magwell
1x 240 magwell
1X dimmer

Total= 1054.84

Would that be a better option as far as actual draw from the wall and ability to control the par and temperature?
Its 133.84 more than Rita.. and a local U.S store..
In your experience, what would be the path of a apprentice wanting to be a journeymen at this..
I'm 100% confident in my diy skills and will make a cool rack that's adjustable etc.
