I will increse to 100% over the next week or so. I thought it was due to the rot but found I did a misscalc with nutes to rez volume. Stupid soil grower only mixes a gal of nutes at a time. Oh well. New to the bubbles I'm getting the hang of it.

I think it was helf nute level and half the fact that your roots were not able to eat all that was available. Your on your way.

Hey man here you go. I am using a 5gal bucket with 2- 4in round airstones and a sub pump.

Here is a root shot at Day 4


Here is the same root shot at Day 20 (just 3 days ago)

Congratulations H! 2.5 zips per bush is great production and will only get better over time and with experience. Got to make you feel good to have the best in town! That's one of those nicey nice side effects of growing! Happy Ocktober Fest to You. Oomp Pa!

wow I thought I posted that in roseman's grow journal so I deleted it lol!!!! ha ha ha

yea man! It's soo good I've been growing for about 3 years or so now and I've finally put out a good quality smoke. talk about worth the work, this is the bud my wife and I smoked on our honeymoon in jamaica. I brought a few seeds home with me, and presto. well I mean 4 months of dedication and then presto. but the cfl's I love them. I'll never go hps again I'm selling my light. and these stealth hydro systems, I do make them myself, but how perfect of a spot to grow a plant. I have two now that run in cycles for continuous harvest. amazing!

That's the way I did the perpetual harvest also. That is until I had to stop for a bit for my son's wedding. But's I'll restart things here in about a month.

I'm a little experimental right now and I warn you that the plants aren't addictive but growing them is! I go to a grow supply site and my mind wanders to all sorts of things! LOL! I just went though the seed phase of that. Now I have about 60 seeds of different varieties and of course I'll need some new equipment to grow all those seeds! Geez, I should hve seen this coming!

But would anyone care to venture a yield?

1200w... ebb/flow + top feed... 18 gallon pots of hydroton.... 50 gallon res "per"...

...

I can hardly wait..:lol:

you know MC I started to grow because I like my smoke and I couldn't afford it. you gotta smoke in moderation. and spend in moderation too. however I'm off to the supply store for a new trinket. DRAIN PLUG!

i am a new bubble head ive started ebb&flow but i have a grow box that is a dwc and i love it i hope to learn alot, peace

hello bubbleheads! my bubbleponic grow is going well and just got my 400w hps and put em into flower. Just wander if anyone was an idea about a small problem? The top 3-4 set of leaves on my best strains are yellowing and curling up at the tips. This was happening before i put into flower. in veg they were under dual spec cfl's. They are 8-10 inches and very bushy. I bought general hydro nutes and ph down as i was having ph flux problems and it helped 100%. PH never changes!
been using lower amount of nutes 1/4 to 1/2 untill the other day when i bumped em up to almost full strength. I'm hoping it is still not to for early almost full strength. they showed signes on lower leaves of some slight burning, but i had not been using the bloom nutes so i think maybe there were some phosphorus deficiencies. I aslo had one plant that was druping and have figured that to be not enough air bubbles and was getting water loged. I had split one air line to run 2 bubble sticks and i think it was making the bubbles weaker. fixed that and she came back to life. :)

How close do you have that 400 to the plants? Maybe bleaching....also did you cut out the grow nutes completely when you went into flower? If so it could be N deficiency.

I'm kinda going through the same thing right now, but it's only on my tallest plant, so I'm leaning toward bleeching on mine
