You did not explain very well what you have going on for those of us who weren't in the previous cup.
I don't know if you just have cups doubled up or if the upper is spaced half way up in the lower making the root zone effectively 24oz

My 2nd update, berry bomb is 18 days old and she's already showing her legs which is crazy for only being 18 days old I'm not going to fim or top her just gonna let her grow how she wants. The purple widow is 15 days old no signs of sex yet but I just fim'd it so hopefully it bounces back from it fast. My 3rd one I tossed cuz it was super behind and only had one leaf growing so I had to put he or she down. I just added the blumats today and it's hooked up to a one gallon milk jug so they'll be watered by that than once in a while I'll feed them some teas. Awesome cups everyone, stoked to get this show on the road and for a on time finish for myself and hoping for a top ten result. Good luck everyone and have a good weekend.

Holy fungus gnats batman - I hate them bastards!!
 
I'm gonna dry them out and use Neem oil, drench and spray too, than sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the soil I've read it works pretty well, than maybe a half inch of sand on top of it too. Think they'll getting the best of one of my bigger plants that's in the cabinet with the party cups.

I wouldn't waste your time with the cinnamon. They crawled right through it when I tried it.

I bet the neem drench and then some plastic wrap over the top of the media for a few days or a week to keep more adults out and whatever hatches from making it's way out of the media would do a double whammy on them.
