You are right...this time i have huge growth but the leaf has little to no trics..
But the bud looks like a crystle with hairs...
i will try getting a macro shot... you can see the shine to the bud its from the trics on the bud.. thick.... "lol like rock salt" but still coming on will pull these two in about 1 week..

and mat, before you start using the UVB, i would keep in mind the delicacy of the situation. if you come on too strong, you could negatively affect the plant and stunt growth. To start off try only 1 hour the first day. Then two hours the next day. and so on until u reach a little UNDER the maximum 12 hour light cycle. Even after your plants have adjusted to the light, only so much is beneificial to the plant.
Think of it this way: When you go out to the beach you put on sun tan lotion so you get a nice tan and dont get burnt. If the sun is stronger than you expected, you will get burnt. Just the right amount of time is vital. Too much light = BURNED. Too little light = Barely noticeable difference. And just like how you start off the summer as white as the clouds, you gradually become tanner and more prone to the sun, and can endure more time outdoors without being burned. The plants work just like us, but instead of using sun tan lotion, they can make THC through their resinous glands.

I had my light on 12 hours the first day but it was 8 inches away. Today I moved it to about 5-6 inches and had it on 8ish hours. I don't have another timer to set them up to, so I'll just have to remember to turn the light on/off.

run a double adaptor of one timer...should have a max Watt .....around 2400 for most! youll find your w of the light will be SFA

This experiment is starting to gain some ground.....
More trics are deffenetly visiable....... in comparison to control grow.
in regrads to doc:
This also gives ground for medical vs recreation, and defines the two..
With alot of the seed banks declareing what % of CBN,CBD it will allow us to make more informed decisions for medical use Vs rec use !
And be able to do this with out haveing to toke!!

Hell yeah! I am excited. I'm going to use two UVB 10.0 bulbs with nice big round reflectors on each side of my 1000 watt hps. I am in my second week of flowering currently. I am going to start the beginning of week 4 with 3 hours, add one hour each week and stop at 6 hours. I have some buds of the same strain I can compare!
