Ok going to take a ppm reading this morning & after that drop the ppm what you both say makes sense main stalk is fattening up but leaves still lag in development having no experience with this strain is no help as I've nothing to compare to I'm gonna pick up a blackwater that's about the same size from a friend that's been growing it for a few years just to leave myself an option down the road I have other nutes as well

Still getting weird growth & deformed leaves on my new growth the kind of stuff I associate with ph. Issues so today I took a ride down to the valley & took my ph meter & some of my nutes to compare my meter to a friends mine read 5.9 & his read 6.0 so I'm comfortable with my meter he also gave me a tds meter that reads over 1000 ppm I'm really thinking my problems is with the plant itself I can't straiten out this erratic growth so m replacing it in the next few days I got the new clone it's called pink panties if I screwed something up its not wanting to correct & if it was the plant only a new plant will tell

I had 2 mk- ultras & 3 of these that I passed on after I got them started but none of them resembled this at all I don't know if I made an error or this is just a mutant pheno I'm afraid this plant might never straiten up thinking of moving outdoors & if it straitens out taking some clones

Out with the old & in with the new I couldn't kill her so she's in soil under the t-5s & pink panties is in the waterfarm I really like my oakton tds meter I'm gonna get the solution & calibrate it today as its been sitting it's reading 6 ppm different than the meter I'm using now which tops out @ 1000 ppm

9" this morning (about the same as yesterday) I lowered the light a bit first 24 hrs & all is well next trip down to the valley I'm gonna see if I can get some ionic nutrients I've found a shop that sells them but is out they should have more by now I also gave her the first topping she is gonna be lanky so I'm gonna build a scrog pretty soon some of my better grows have been stretchy strains

I'll clone her as soon as I get normal growth & return the offspring to the waterfarm I haven't researched the genetics on the panties yet but have seen & smoked it my friend is growing it it gives light green buds with purple specks & it smells & taste of grape/ berry skittles it's a clone- only making the rounds right now I'm fighting tooth- n- nail to make the mk- ultra-X-bubblegum work as it is one I picked & ordered so I'm wanting it to work out

It's looking like I'll be able to clone in the next few weeks I just don't want this weird growth to end up in my clone in the process the pink panties is about the same except when I pull back some of the hydroton I see white roots protruding out of the rockwool cube already so that's a good sign

I'm gonna write a nutrient schedule that is more than the seedling stage but less than the early growth schedule there is a pretty good gap between the seedling schedule & the early growth schedule which wasn't a problem in e&f but dwc is a bit different where you're roots are in the solution 24/7 here is this mornings pics the panties is putting off side shoots & grew 1" in height she should wake up in a few days & start showing some growth I'm probably gonna move the mk-bubble outdoors as she is showing slight sign of recovery

She's slowly coming around as I prune away mutatated growth the new stuff is looking better not much to report on the pink panties today as its just getting started

The pink panties is starting to branch out today is day#5 in the waterfarm getting some new leaves where she's starting to branch so far I'm getting a predictable growth pattern meanwhile the mk- bubble is about the same at first I questioned the wisdom of changing her out but in light of how slow the recovery is going I feel I made a good choice as I may very well never get a usable plant from the mk- bubble we will see
