Got my little tds meter going & it's saying I'm at 364 ppm. I'm gonna run a few more days & then change my nutes out also gonna try rain water the t-5s are giving me 96 watts so I'm just taking my time & topping ,training & that sort of stuff & the diablo grow finishes off & I can get this girl under my 250-400 switchable ballast image.jpegimage.jpeg

I've got roots gonna up the nutes a wee bit more to about 500 ppm. & probably leave it there until the diablo finishes & I can get it under some hid lighting I topped again & might of fucked up I'm gonna have to be more patient & not rush shit when there's no reason for it stupidity on my part looking into the ionic nutes pinner is using what he says might have some truth to it also going over to r/o water it just makes sense although the ppm. of my tap water is low I can smell the stuff in it & I'm not liking it got some rainwater for now ppm. of 30 image.jpegimage.jpeg

I made a shield to prevent the drip ring from sputtering nutes on my leaves which I think is contributing to my leaf curl as soon as it gets taller this will go away the shield also keeps algae off the exposed hydroton image.jpeg

The diablo is gonna finish sooner than expected I've got work to do before I put the waterfarm in my room I'm gonna make a stand just high enough to drain & change nutes & mount my scrog to hot weather is just around the corner so I've got to consider that as well I'm gonna have to get creative with the junk I've got laying around I just love d.i.y. Chopped the diablo this morning so all my attention is gonna be focused on this grow & finishing the work on my room as summer is approaching I'm hoping to do better with this grow than I did with the diablo not much change but it's finally starting to limb out from my last topping I'm excited about the waterfarm & the challenges/ rewards it may have in store for me in the near futureimage.jpeg

Ended up raining & I got some precious time to spend on my room the e&f stuff is out & mu cool tube hooked up she's now vegging under the 250 hps about 18" from the light which is as low as I could stretch the ducting I'm gonna roll with some fresh nutes tomorrow the leaves on the new growth seems to be straitening out I've still got work to do but things are looking up a lot of people are removing their lenses but heat is an issue here I'm gonna cool my reflector as well as vents & an exhaust fan plus the oscillating fan as I don't have acimage.jpegimage.jpeg image.jpeg

Wait wait something is seriously seriously wrong with this plant to be 60+ days old in hydro and that small...That plant is alive but can't wait to get put out of it's misery, unless things change...Look at her she's crying out to you, can't you tell!!

More like 36 days in the waterfarm,45 if you count the 3 days germinating & the 6 days it developed in the r/w cube before it ent in the waterfarm I'm not sure where you're coming up with 60+ days I agree it's a bit lagging but I'm not gonna pull it what are you growing now?

24 hrs under the 250 I can't lower the light so I put a block under the bucket gonna kick up the nutes a bit todayimage.jpegimage.jpeg

Oops I meant to put 30+ days not 60...I'm not saying pull her she just needs some tlc...Currently growing some Barney's Farm Critical Kush.
I attempted to grow in Waterfarms years ago and you can get some amazing growth out of those things, so to see your plant lagging so far behind was quite alarming.

At this point I gotta ride it out I upped he nutes a wee bit yesterday & 24 hrs after putting it under the hps I'm getting new growth I be been hesitant to give her too many nutes too soon but I've got roots to the bottom of the waterfarm I haven't checked this morning

image.jpeg the top growth seems to be responding to the hid lighting normally I would prune off the deformed leaves but right now they're the only solar panels I've got the new growth has good color fed @ ph 5.6 a bit lower than normal(5.9) to see if I get a better nute uptake left unchecked ph creeps up to about 6.3 & stops last few feedings ph comes out about 5.8- ish without any adjustment I know absolutely nothing about this strain I wanted mk- ultra after reading klites smoke report & had to scrap my first grow but had this single seed left I ordered 5 of these & th promotion gave 2 mk ultra freebies I'm hoping this is gonna be a keeper image.jpeg

Is your ppm rising, dropping or staying the same as she drinks? Are you running the ratios suggested by the label or what? Is it just the flora series or are you adding anything else?

Just fed sat. night but she is still too small to drink much I'm using gh simple recirculating schedule 900-1100 ppm my ppm today was 953 not using any additives I'm thinking this is a finnicky plant ph today was 5.8 this week will tell the story
