He just turned down a plea deal to reduce the charge to a second degree felony, punishable from two to 20 years in prison.

He had to do it in Wilco instead of Travis county poor guy.

Lavoro’s case was postponed until August 6th, when lab results are expected to come back on the tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, content of the brownies. The hearing on the motion to suppress evidence is also expected on that date.

His penalty of 5 to 99 years in prison is more severe than manslaughter.:-x

I think part of it might be since it's my first crop, I'm still getting the 'hang of things'. IMO, Plantman is dead on.. interwebz is full of bad info and Dyna Gro is gonna be your easiest/best choice..

Don't let anyone tell you that you will do better with 5 different bottles... It is all noise aimed at getting you to spend more money.
Other than response to photo period MJ is not an unusual plant requiring unusual maintenance. Although your hydro store will often tell you different..
