Temp up to 92f and Humidity 22%?? HELP!!

ive just turned on my 400watt hps on my 18 day old nl's.. the temp has sored up to 92f and humidity has dropped dramatically. ive added hot water but hasnt seem to make much difference?? have extracter on and desk fan circulating?? could someone tell me wat im doing wrong and how i can fix this problem??

Can you show pictures of your setup?

Go to walmart and buy a humidifier and whatever the ambient temp is outside the tent add 10 deg. to that and that should be what it is inside the tent. So that is where I would start. Pics would be great.

there in a dr60 tent size is 3x3x5 i also have three bowls of warm water in there too?? when i flick some water on walls of tent it sorts it out but only till fan drys water up??

can anybody help me out?? first timer here!
