what i did was basically destroyed the outter shell carefully lol. i did my best to take the casing and insulating off the guts, i was able to get everything off with out having to disconnect anything from the running unit its self. i used some tin snips, a pry bar and a tough buddy. the chiller part gets cold but the compressor itself gets pretty warm, its a good idea to try to keep that part out of your room if you can or put a fan on it.
