I would rather there not be a subsidy, but alas I am forced to take it or not be able to make a living. i could name plenty of historians who say that denial of service caused harm. many people on this forum, even the racists who are opposed to civil rights in some cases, say it caused harm.
i will even make the claim that every single historian ever realizes that denial of service caused harm, and you can't disprove it.
