Please, can you tell me your opinion on a passive cooling:

I have 8xf562b (56cm long too) strips and I plan to stick them to a aluminum U profile 25x25x25x2mm with screws and thermal paste in between. I am not sure how much of a thermal paste do I need for this diy project. Do you have any recommendation?

What is the thickness of your alu profiles?
