Surprise! Oliver North was too corrupt for the corrupt NRA (or is it the other way around?)

Why would they want impose their will?
Oh ,I get it, the guy's with the guns feel threatened by the unbelievers.
That's the NRA today, a bunch of sociopaths using the disguise of being "True Americans" as a front for their insanity.

My post was a response to @Fogdog , who alluded that a majority would impose their will on an armed minority via a vote. A vote is no good unless you can back it up...with guns or the threat of guns.

Irony.

How many guns were pointed at you when you closed on your home. How do you pay you property tax or insurance...Escrow ? or billed with mortgage ? Are you going to allow me to help mother lower her property tax or will you continue being an asshole son .

no one forced you to sign your mortgage agreement using a gun, retard

never reply to any post i make, ever. you pedophile and fake "voluntaryist" loser
I'll certainly try to honor your request, right after you honor your bet, Hillary.

Although I'll try to stay out of threads you've begun, since that's a reasonable request. It's telling that you'd like an echo chamber without me around to point out how lame you are. It must suck to be so routinely bested by an internet Bigfoot, that you have to cry so hard.

On the other hand, by quoting me, you are giving me moral footing to respond. Now stop crying rape, when you're the one finger banging your own ass.

Also, you forgot to tell me how a property owned by a known individual can also be "public" , which implies different ownership. You even called me a retard for claiming it was a contradiction. So?????

It's tragic, but laws don't stop crime. That's a false ideology. Laws against pot never worked. We already have laws against murder and fuckers will still kill people anyway. Tell me how prohibition works, I'm interested seriously. Can people who are going to get guns for crimes be stopped? They can get some crazy ass shit and make bombs, can that be stopped? Can these people be identified to begin with before some tragedy occurs and be dealt with effectively? Lots of questions
Not criticizing you but using your post to make a point. People keep jumping to solutions when they would be better off stepping back and asking questions. Why do other countries that are otherwise similar to the US have such low rates of gun violence and accidents? Probably not just gun regulations but they all do have a tighter regulatory environment on guns.

This country is riddled with stress and anxiety too. Also social issues such as, lack of child care for low income working parents - many of whom are single, lose your job and lose access to healthcare, poor environment and water supplies in cities, poor education for low income kids all might contribute to the problem. The objective isn't "regulate guns" the objective is "same low rates of gun violence and accidents". For the past 30 years or so, the NRA and the Congressmen in their pockets have blocked funding for research by health organizations. NIH can study how to reduce death and injury due to car accidents but not guns. We need more information on this subject to help guide spending and laws meant to address the objective. That can take time but the investment is worthwhile.

On the other hand, private gun sales aren't tracked in this country. Background checks are ridiculously constrained to a few days and funding to process checks is abysmal. While regulations may not be the only answer, there are a lot of rational regulatory changes that can be made that would help.

If there's no gun, what happens when a person doesn't pay a property tax ? Be sure to carry it all the way out.

I'm a know it all, not an asshole. Get it right, Daddio.

LOL,

The "take muh gunz" fear those naked gun apes are paralyzed by was fed to them by the NRA. Nobody is talking about taking guns away from peaceable people, except the gun nuts themselves.

You are looking for solutions from government for problems caused by government.

You are a gun lover, since everything a coercion based government does can be traced back to the threat of a government gun being used against a person for noncompliance. No studies need be done there, since it's self evident.

If it isn't....refute it...gun lover.

In a very real sense, all of the ones that would eventually be used to confiscate the property if you don't pay the extortion.

Your ability to connect dots seems a little flawed. Have you been drinking?

So, what happens if you don't pay the extortion ? Will guns be used to steal your property? The answer is obvious.

Still winning.

How many guns were pointed at you when you closed on your home...not the fake ones INSIDE your pea brain.
Just the ones that were pointed directly at you.
Please describe make and model. Any assault rifles ?

Sir, I have to apologize. I had not considered your mental deficiencies when I began my query.

You're winning, there's never a gun involved when government edicts are involved.

Investing in our youth has gone out the window, perhaps that would be something to look into. The whole gun nut thing is not the point. I gave all my guns away, the other false notion that some how small arms can be successfully used against combat troops, aircraft, tanks, missiles and bombs is also false. I've seen what we have, check out the AC-130 video on YouTube, there is no way to fight that with small arms. I believe it's not so much the law preventing crime but rather the people themselves. As you pointed out education and many other factors are present. The NRA and their stream of paranoid schemes to inflict fear in people has been successful. Imagine that same funding going to families for necessary things like food, education and medical (healthcare). The kind of society we could have....

You’re literally never right. Ever.

And you’re a neo nazi pedophile.

Not reading Rob's posts, only the replies makes the conversation seem almost intelligent.

I think the reason Rob is such a 2A guy is he needs to protect himself whenever a parent finds out what he's been doing to their kids.

The NRA is slimier than pig diarrhea. This morning Trump tweeting warnings to the NRA about NY state authorities investigating the organization. What a President. Railing against law enforcement. Laws passed by past politicians. Not imposed by assholes like himself.
