Supplemental LED Lighting

I currently have a grow going in my 3'x3'x6'11" tent. I'm using a 315w CMH light. A friend of mine gave me his 2 MarsHydro 300 LED lights. Would I be able to use these in any way to help increase possible yield, or should I use them as door stops?

Try them as side lighting and see what happens

How close do you think I could have my plant to those LEDs if I use it as side lighting?

I would treat it the same as whatever distance they recommend from the top of a canopy with that light never used one so couldn't say..........

Door stops. By introducing a less efficient light source such as the Mars, you are reducing the efficiency of your room and adding heat. Seems like the 315w cmh would be ideal in that area and much easier to get along with, temp wise.
