Stunted growth

I planted my germinated seeds in miracle grow soil. I keep it about 80° f and 41% humidity level in my grow tent my grow tent came with a light the power is 4*200winput. They are hanging about 3 ft above my plants. I do 18 on 4 off I wanter them every two three days with one drop of miracle grow. I started feeling like they're not growing at the rate they're supposed to and I googled it. They're supposed to be three times the size they are now. Do you know what I'm doing wrong?IMG_20230111_192315055_HDR.jpgIMG_20230111_192317661.jpg

Your lights.
Your soil.

Miracle Grow is highly nuted. It has control release fertilizer ( every time you water ) . Sometimes too much for plants to acclimate to right away.

Your lighting also plays into it.

Thanks for the natural light photos! IMHO, your problems are twofold, first the soil is not great, second you're overwatering. Plants that size don't need to be watered every 2-3 days. Let the pots go almost dry before watering. Also, check that MG soil, does it already have nutes in it? If so, then don't add more until the plants recover.

If they are autoflowers you may want to ditch them and start over clean.
They would be starting to flower by 28 days if they are autos. Or at least showing signs. If that's MG seed "seed starter mix", it has basically no nutrients so I would feed them as soon as you see good true leaves. I don't know about other MG soil products.
A week or two in small cups is enough time to transplant in most cases.
I haven't tried photoperiods yet but I'm guessing you are off to a bad start with them too.
Try plain promix and just water when the cups feel lighter or the soil seems dry. Good luck.
Try KNO3 instead of ammonium or urea derived fertilizers.
