Stoners against Booze?

Every pot head ive met always bitches about beer / spirits, "its the cause of this and that", but do the majority of stoners really hate booze or are they happy to enjoy both (and my friends are just strange).

Personaly, although i understand the negative effects of alcohol, I am quite happy to have a few pints, and for the most part, even prefer it over a splif.

What do you guys think?

I personally don't like alcohol of any kind (except for mixed drinks), but it's more the taste that I can't deal with more than anything.

That and hangovers...

Fuck no...... I LOVE vodka... although after a fifth or so of that hard stuff, then you start smoking.. that's when you get those spins... If I am going to be drinking I will smoke before I drink, then take some occasional hits.. When I drink I like to get shitty.. But I can't handle the spins (especially if your wasted and start hitting that bong)..

most of my friends smoke and drink and love it.. the ones that bitch, bitch about pot rather then alcohol.

Personally bud and beer makes me pretty ill when i mix them a lot, but its only recently that i started smoking bud so im sure ill get over it.

beer just sucks unless your sitting watching a game and want to have like three, or at a bar b q and just sipping with some friends.. But if you really want to get down beer is just going to make you feel so full and ill.. It's all about the hard liqour.

Ehhh I guess being a stoner makes you a health nut. Hell I wont even do any synthetic drugs, legal or illegal.
Its just the stoner's logic, its its all natural, its probably good for you.

Werd. I won't take any synthetic drugs and refuse to take most medicine.

After "becoming a stoner" I do not drink as much as regularly anymore, generally I only drink with my brother when we snow skate down his driveway.

i love to drink, i love smokin and drinkin better but boozing is a treasured past time of mine.. << flip cup champ.. half decent at beer pong.. we have more beer drinking contraptions in our house than smoking devices.. but we're working on the latter...

my one downside to drinkin is the stupidity that occurs while/during/after.. much worse than what would happen if i were high.. most shit was pretty funny looking back tho

I can't do hard liquor anymore. Drank to much when I was just a little younger and it all makes me want to vomit now. I have been very into wine these days though. I only like a few beers and I can't get them out here in CA. Spotted Cow anybody?

I can always go for a cold pacifico or fat tire. But when it comes to drinking in excess, it's fun. But I'd much rather get stoned than get drunk. Alcohol makes people do stupid shit.

I don't think theres anything wrong with the occasional drink.
Maybe even a glass or 2 every day is fine.
I boycott the alcohol industry and not alcohol consumers as i think they help to keep pot illegal as they fear people will drink less
