Still no real sign of buds after nearly 3 weeks in flower????

Thank you again my friend. What NPK level should I be looking at are there any common ones that I could get from a standard garden center?

Also, im not worried if I am going organic or not. I just want to get the right nutes for her.

No do not cut the fan leaves like that. Thats olny good for clones that you want to root. If you cut part of a leaf it will spend energy to fix it. If you need to cut some leaves for light and air then cut of the whole leaf and pitiole (ps im bad at spelling) that way the plant does not try to fix. The best way imho to get light it to go horizontle like my scrog. This way all the buds are the same distance from the light. You could use a scrog net (me and my wife built ours from home depot for $17.00. Or you can tie branches to the side of the pot to open her up. Or you can bend the branches out till the snap and laying at a right angle. This snaping is not for the meek. It will seem very bad but is very very good. Check out supercropping, fim technique, topping, and scrog, all of these will help with light penitration and more buds and i mean way more buds. My last scrog i fimed topped lolipopped and supercropped. Just do it baby. Anyways about nutes, you need more nitrogen in veg and more potassium and phosforus in flower, the nutes you have will not grow medical grade cannabis. Check out general hydroponics flora series just google it. Also look at the feeding chart its on thier website and then you will get a good idea of what different nute for different stages of a plants life. Peace

Npk values vary from plant stage to plant stage so does the ppm.

Fan leaves are the powerplant for the whole plant and also when in flowering the fan leaves will power the buds. So it is a game of not cutting tomany but you also dont want to block light from other bud sites. Three weeks into flower i would not cut anything at all except for air circulation to prevent powdery mildew. At this point i would make sure air is flowing on the plant all day and night like a regular fan. Also if you do cut yes use scizzors and sanitize them with iso alcohol first. So like i said dont cut anything now its too late. You can bend branches to get more light and where the bend is will grow a big knot and big buds. Dont do to much at this point i cant express this enough, becasue you will stress the plant when buds are trying to grow. Oh ya and in your pic #4 those are buds starting to grow with all the white hairs. I know its hard to watch and not do much but the rule of thumb is that you do all your trimming and stuff like that before flowering starts. The only way to know this is to grow a plant to harvest and then remember what you did or dident do before and adjust on the next grow. Thats the best way to learn is by hands on. Peace

I would go with the 3-3-6 it has less nitrogen in the ratio but technically they all look like flower nutes. The first number is the nitrogen and you dont want that in flower. After 3 weeks of flower you dont need it. Problem is you cant take it out of the bottle, that is why i use a three part nute. I acually only use 2 of the three parts most of the entire grow becasue the micro nutes have plenty of nitrogen. That is for gh flora series. When you buy a tree part it has a feeding chart that tells you what to use for each stage from seedling to harvest. With that in mind for soil i would only use 1/4 strength at the beginning and move to 1/2 strength by the end of flower. So you would get all the ml per gallon for each bottle for each stage and cut each to 1/4 or 1/2. But what you have is for flowering. Peace

LMAO. That is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. Then why would they even make feminized seeds if they "often turn out to be male"?

But it seems that the plant is just no stop growing .. in height .. I have now had to tie a lot of the branches down including the top cola as she is nearly hitting the lights .... Hello friend ! Your plants are looking good !
No there is nothing wrong, after switching to 12/12 the plant goes into stretch phase for the first 3 weeks - sometimes a month. Indicas stretch x2 their length they got to during vegg and sativas 2.5-3x...

All of this stretch is done within the first 3-4weeks of flower. As you near the end of the first month of flower, vertical growth will drastically decrease as the plant starts focusing enerfy in making bud sites

Easy I take a pack of regular seeds, put a label on it that says feminized, charge you more and when they turn male blame it on you lol

I don't doubt it does, but most reputable companies... I don't see them doing this, or they wouldn't be in business. Also, yes lol, this is an old post, but I just chime in when rummaging around through here and see a post that peaks interest. Sorry to dig up old bones.

I'm at the same point. Almost to week 3 and the buds look strange.
