Stems snapping and crispy 4thday

So i have some small buds drying and after 4 days the stems are snapping and are crunchy on the outside is this normal for small buds or should they be taking longer to dry out here some pics

I'd say that's pretty typical when drying small amounts.
When I hang the entire plant. it'll take 7-14 days for it to get to the snapping stage.
Also, if you seal those in a mason jar they should rehydrate a bit as any moisture in the flower will dissipate.

Put in a jar for a day and feel it. If it it not crunchy anymore then it wasn’t dry and that’s good. If after a day or 2 in a jar it’s still crunchy then u overdried it.

Those buds look kinda airy. The less dense the buds are the faster they dry.

The smaller the buds are the faster they dry.
