Cool, i thought you were using SUPERthrive nutes. I've heard they make nutes for hydro, and i think you can get it at lowes. I honestly didn't have trouble getting my seedlings to root. Some of them were duds, but i think they were just premature seeds that never cracked. Fox farm is a good line of nutes. I have some of their soil ferts.Yea, I have been studying all of the Aergarden posts on this site since October. I was aware of the nutes. I will be using the full line of Foxfarm nutes. I am using just the ph adjusted water to 5.8 with a small amount of SUPERthrive and Sub Culture for the first few weeks. Then i plan to start out with a 1/4 strength the first week and then build up to full strength. The SUPERthrive and SubCulture are not nutes. SUPERthrive has hormones and vitamins. It has 50 instant biousables normal pure complexes from carbon-hydrogen-oxygen natural organic crystals. It saves plants from waiting while trying to make them. It is suppose to promote healthier, faster plants and crop yields and germination rate. Sub Culture is a root inoculant that contains a wide diversity of rhizosphere microorganisms that colonize plant roots. It brings live microorganisms to plant roots. You can use it throughout the life of the plants from seed germination or cutting propagation through harvest.
