starting from seeds

Hey now, I have read a few coments saying that it will take 2 to 3 months longer to start from seed rather than from clones. What is the logic behind this?

I'd say it would probably save you at least a month as you don't have to germinate and the clone is already at an appropriate height. Another plus is a clone will be the same sex as its mother plant.

And technically the same age too. The roots are just tender. But you can start adding nutes sooner. Knowing for sure that your plant is female makes it worth it in many cases. Unless you just want to experiment with some new stuff.
