I use string and good ducktape. At first you just make the one bend on the very top of the plant. Use the string to make it bend pretty far over then tape the string to the side of the pot. The top of your baby will and should be pointed down, kinda like a hook. This will allow more light to penetrate the canopy. After a few hours the top will start to rise, may take longer with Cfl's. Then you repeat that process. The branches will start growing a lot faster so you will tie them down too. After a couple of weeks you'll get the feeling for it. Do most or all of your lst and topping during veg. Hope this helps you out bro. YouTube has some great videos of lst also, check 'em out!
