Part of my pain management is a contract stating you don't use other narcotics, and don't sell them, and all sorts of other bs. They have the right to make you piss whenever they want.

I think he might have smelled herb on my clothes. I was wearing my jeans from yesterday, smoked a joint last night.

This is tricky. I can't use synthetic, since I have to show the meds I take by script from a couple of doctors for various issues, so I'm going to have to quit smoking and try to blow him off for a month. I only smoke 1/2 joint a night, a couple of hit of BHO before bed, so it should go away soon, I hope.

If I piss dirty, I'm fucked. I'll be blacklisted. Fuck.
most of the pain management places i heard are like this
if u in a legal state ask around and see if there is a mj friendly clinic

stay away from that synetic crap people have died from smoking it they even just made it a felony here to have it or sell it cuz of kids dying

No no.....not talking about that spice poison....talking about using synthetic urine not being an option. I don't smoke to get high for fun anymore, it's just for medical pain management, and allowing me to sleep through the night without being up for the day at 2 or 3 am.

ismokealotofpot, kratom can be treated a lot like cannabis, except it LOVES high humidity. High humidity will have it growing 10x faster, literally, than low humidity. If the leaves appear curled, warped, or waxy, the humidity is too low. Other than that, it is a vigorous grower and a tough plant. Makes for a nice houseplant for sure. If you need a source for kratom leaf to consume right now let me know, I know a real cheap one.

Winter Woman if you're in that much pain you should consider using opiates... unless of course mmj helps a LOT... anything that takes your breath away is not something you should be willing to live with. Contrary to what people think, taking extended release opiates rarely leads to addiction, you are dependent yes but you don't get addictive behaviors, because the "high" mostly comes from instant release formulas like Percocet or smashed up Oxycontin... and you get a tolerance to the "high" quickly and generally feel sober but the analgesic effects remain.

Mmj helps me but if I didn't have opiates (I've been using kratom, it's legal and cheap and safe, no more addictive than coffee IMO) I would probably have jumped out a window a long time ago. Nerve damage is a beast.

Purk, are you kidding me? Opiates should be a LAST resort for pain management. They are highly addictive, and they cause many other health and psychological issues. If someone can manage their pain in the absence of opiates, then that should be option number one.

I'm not trying to preach to you, but I look at those pills the same way I look at heroin.

I'm just saying... if someone is in true agony, they should consider just using the opiates... for most people like Winter Woman, who I assume is a victim of some serious injury and has nerve damage as a result, there is rarely anything that can be done other than take pain pills or not. And if they're in agony for some other reason, even if it's treatable with other medications they should be sent home with some opiates right off the bat because they usually have to try a bunch of meds over a few months, so that few months of agony can be awful and very stressful, I lost a ton of weight myself and now I'm clinically underweight... they can just give you enough to make life liveable and then see if any other meds reduce the pain further, if they do then you can start tapering off the opiates.

For me they're the only credible option I have left, like I said I've tried over a dozen medications, some with horrifying side effects (like Imitrex which sent me into hypertensive crisis). Oxycodone has never done anything like that to me. I don't even get constipation and I have no trouble taking them exactly as prescribed even for extended periods. The other opiates sedate me a lot more but oxycodone leaves me clearheaded and functional.

I had a friend who got creamed by a car, she was only 25 at the time... her back was completely wrecked, and the damage was inoperable... I remember when she came to visit she was trying to be tough but it was obvious she was in miserable pain, a few times she got "stuck" after picking something off the ground, couldn't move for a minute... and once I hopped into her car after grabbing some ibuprofen from the store, she didn't notice me coming and I soon found out why... she was just sobbing... she was really embarrassed I got to see that. It took almost 6 months for the doctors to finally give her an Oxycontin prescription. Six months of pure hell for her.

They are definitely addictive but it's overstated with the extended release formulas and a patient without a penchant to abuse the stuff.

Shouldnt happen at all. No cutback. NOTHING. It is a shame that some doctors use every excuse to punish you for the evil weed.

I only read the first page bowlfull. Belle has gone through this her whole life. I believe like going to court, it depends on the doctor. BelleIsle has always told every one of her doctors about marijuana use. I have been with her and the doctors have explained that they want prescription levels and they test for other drugs. From what I have heard other doctors say is that they need to identify drug abusers. Good luck with your test and keep us posted.

Ok, so a new kind of twist here. I really looked over the lab order. It had a hand written code, which I looked up. It said under the ICD-9 Diagnosis Codes the code V5869. I googled it, and it said that is a test for long term medication levels. Maybe he's just testing to see if I am taking the right amount of his scripts, and the others are inline. I still can't piss thc though....this ambugity might give me a window to get clean, since it isn't a real screen for other drugs, according to his code, hand written by him.

Hmmmmm......anyone else deal with this?
