Soil PH is killing my plants

I also suspect this is not PH problems. Most of my newb issues were either overwatering, or undernourishing... Good soil, regardless of regional differences, should buffer out ph issues for the most part. As long as you're putting in 6.5 or something close I would worry more about other things like light, environment, watering frequency... My two cents! Good luck and send us some pics...

Started with 1/3 dosage following foxfarm chart. I figured it was not the nutrients more the ph range because the soil being that high the roots are only absorbing the main nutrients
So there is your biggest problem. You are double fertilizing your plants. Fox farm soil has fertilizer in it and is good for approximately a month of viggerous growth. The plants will only require plain water for the first month.

Ok well i said in the post last night that i did it as a basic test just to see how much my soil was effecting the ph of the water. I just wanted an acidic solution to run through and see what was going on.
Do you have any suggestions on what microbes work best?
I use the Raw brand but any microbe product you can get you hands on (not mammoth P) will work.

Without looking at your plants persay but we all seen what your doing/done before.

Flush your pots with water ph'd at 6.5 to at least two gallons of runoff, shopvac that shit in the bottom of the tray away=== renute at half strength add some microbes at full strength add some humic acid at half strength and epsom salt at 1gr per gal. water that in then leave it alone.

then later when you get a good microbe population going just a pinch of that once a week along with just a little bit of humic once a week.

Their are other products out there that do different things that could help like kelp if your in veg or enzymes if you have a root bound issue or root rot thing going on idk if your in flower or veg so........................................

Also why stop checking run off? The Soul is mixing in with the water and Raisingthe ph. If the water is adjusted to an 8 then the roots wont absorb anything except NPK.
There is nothing in nature that is checking ph run-off. The microbes regulate the ph at the root surface, the microbes feed the plant the plant tells the microbes what it wants.

Checking ph run off is doing nothing but fucking with your head and making you do stupid shit when all you need to do is know you have an active microbe population working for you at the root surface.

Sorry wasnt completly clear. I didnt follow it entirely. Meaning i was not feeding it nutrients from week one. I did exactly that and fed just water until week two of veg. But the problems got way worse after first week of feeding

I guess that will help but that is only one strain of microbe you want a variety. Cant see your plant and just going by what your saying so were all just guessing here.

Agree I use ffof start to finish and I don't feed it for at least a month, I've had plants go longer, also stop checking soil pH, that's the new hippie myth and it just leads people in the wrong direction more often than not, I've never once checked my soil pH because I've no reason too, good luck

FINALLY! Common fuckin sense prevails....If your plants are vigorous and leaves healthy let'em be, its a weed after all. Just one we prefer to all others!

I like OregonisimXL, got like 23 different strains in it except Azo's.
It's got Humic acids in it plus Kelp and its not an arm and leg to buy.

The company will send out a sample box of 3 different products as well for like 9$.
