Plywood cuts to shape really well... a little varnish and it won't even rot...The rubbermaid tubs that Gypsybush uses are also nice. My mom uses them for feeding livestock. I prefer something with a lid though.

they each run $59.99 +tax, i think its a great deal for a unit with wheelsHow much are the Stanley containers with the wheels?
ill be running 12 per site, spaced every other hole; that's 6 per "post"so how many plants in total are you going to be running all at once??? seems like the plans on the previous pages have got u set up for quite a bit and i may have missed it but what strain are u planning?? ps looking GREAT!!!
just picked the remainder of the carts,
also decided to run the cloner and veg unit off the strong box
should be very easy to implement with its diamond shaped top
These boxes are great for cloning and veg, make a CFL hood out of another one and they stack real nice and sturdy like a sandwich, res on bottom light hood on top with the lid for the plant supports.just picked the remainder of the carts,

I'm with you on that YaK, it doesnt need to be moved once its setupI use the 27 gallon strongboxes.
Seems to me that the wheels would be realatively worthless. Maybe I'm wrong, but with the res filled with water to the desired level, would'nt the unit have to be tilted at a certain angle to roll on the wheels, and if it has holes in the side for the posts, seems like a formula for some spillage.
Nice looking res though, very strong, with a higher capacity than the strongbox's. Plus... a cool lid on hinges.
GypsyBush's choice looks cool too. If the 27 gallon res's didnt work so well for my setup, I'd totally look into those, i really like the low drain.
The perfect res for me would taper to a low point, with a drain in the very bottom, so that 99% of the water would drain out.
Things are coming together for you SOG... looking great man. Your room is going to be epic.
$18 and some changeHow much are those StrongBoxes?
