For future vacations, wick systems can help, and automated systems. Not as good as TLC, but better than IDGAF.

Good plant sitters are few and far between. Better off just learning how to automate your system for vacations.
Its pretty simple now and cheap, with $30-50 smart surge protectors you can just turn your water on/off with your cell phone from any where.

Nobody else is going to give a shit about your plants besides you. Sucks, but it’s certainly what I’ve seen. Automate your grow or don’t grow if you need to leave for two weeks at a time frequently.
