I am definitely pissed on your behalf. I love my cannabis plants and growing plants in general is one of the biggest sources of joy in my life. If someone I trusted did this to my plants I'd be irate. shows a total lack of consideration and respect.

I’d water, remove deadfall and let it sit a week. Prune it back and reveg if your into this plant a lot.
Then grow her out again.

ASSWIPE! F'n brutal, man. How do you F it up that bad??? Did they even water them once? Sorry, man, for your loss. I would lock that person up in a sound-proof room and not give them a drink for several days and see how they like it - while i think about whether or not they ever deserve to be let back out.
