What do you do if you grow 2-3 plants in hopes of a 2.5oz harvest and end up with 3-4oz or more... Since you can only have 2.5 for yourself right then and there you are over and breaking the law. I'm trying to figure out how to stay within the law yet people who are doing this are taking their overages to dispensaries and farm markets yet there is nothing about them in the legislation. Are we just taking a chance or what. I'd appreciate if someone would actually give me an idea instead of saying "Just don't go over 2.5" because that's just about fucking impossible....

well first, they don't just randomly knock on your door and say "hey we're checking in to see if you're above the 2.5 oz limit" :P

but, as said above. just smoke it all up till you got 2.5 oz. invite some friends, make some brownies, eggs, some special punch, or sell it if you know how to stay under radar really well.

Sell a couple ozs to a dispensarie to help fund your next grow. Its always nice when you can hold your limit and make some money.

Yeah, so I can get my door kicked in the next day for selling to the dispensary? Even so, I would have multiple oz's drying and curing before that which would still make me illegal.

stash some outside in a sealed mason jar and get it back when necessary.

I keep my overages in a closet cause I know it wont be long until I am back within 2.5oz.

As long as you arent selling I wouldnt think its a problem
