Wait so you just have these plants sitting in your garage during flowering? That seems highly irresponsible. I mean it may be decriminalized but that doesnt mean you should put a sign on your door that says I'm growing weed. I can guarantee 100% that you can smell that through your garage door unless you have it sealed off with a nice scrubber (which it doesnt sound like you do) I think you should invest in a 4v4 tent and an exhaust fan/scrubber. It will give you a more permanent solution to the smell and will also reflect some of the light back on your plant. You seem very interested in continuing to grow, and a tent should be your next purchase if you decide to continue.

Yeah, I wouldn't be so comfortable about my security if I had them in a garage. After the cops your biggest threat is snitches and thieves, and if someone walking by your house (let's say they're walking their dog) can smell it from the sidewalk, you're putting yourself at risk. And don't kid yourself into think that two plants can't be smelled from the street either. Especially in the summer. People are weird. You never know who might snitch and why. You could just get some concerned jerk-off parent who thinks you're gonna start selling in the neighborhood if you're growing. A tent is a really good idea, with the air sucked out of the room, through a carbon filter and out of the roof or the wall. It's gonna be harder down the line to control the atmosphere in the whole garage for just two plants when the weather gets hotter.

Wow, great job!!! They look fantastic! You will be smoking for months on these girls! I am glad that I have a 4 x 4 x 6.5 tent with filter ready for my girls to flower... I have one bag seed plant ready to be chopped and she smells all by her self! I can't wait to see what 2 C'99 and 2 Blueberry Gum are going to smell like... I have a 6"x16" filter (phresh) ready to go up when they start to smell. Wish I could sample some of dat shit! You have a good knack for this!! KUDOS

I'm sold on the tent idea....actually know where I can pick one up for 80$ right now...I never realized a.couple plants would stink so bad...lesson learned.

What's fucked up is the other day they smelled like some.good ass weed...almost like the finished product...one of em stil does...the other one straight up stinks...not a pleasant odor at all...I definately see where the name "skunk" came from....I'd say theres some skunk in these genes somewhere

don't cheap out on the tent bro, better to buy yourself a decent quality tent as you will be using it for years and it only hurts once, the day you pay for it, after that initial sting you reap rewards for years to come, ...one of which is that it is much easier to control the environment in an enclosed space.
...my Secret Jardin DR120, 4 x 4 cost me over $200.00 and i hated paying for it but i sure am glad i have it.

What size? I think you can get a 2.5 x 2.5 x 5 or something about that price. 9 dollars more for this one: http://www.accesshydroponic.com/ref...3-inch-hydroponic-grow-tent.html#.UMoG3HfNlLQ but you get what you pay for and I was not thrilled with the cross bar hangers being plastic ends. I have the one from this store for 119.00 and she has 3 all metal cross bars, so I would watch what kind of weight you hang on the bar.

I have to agree 100%. I looked around for the cheap tent instead of looking at all the specifics. One of my plastic ends broke in the first week so Ive had to jerry-rig my 600w reflector up there. Its fine now as Ive been using it for a year, but if I could go back I would shell out for the metal bars.

The ones pictured in this thread vegged for 26days....I try not to use nutes at all...molasses every other watering...a small taste of MG all purpose like once a week during veg....MG bloom booster quarter dose like once a week since flowering...I've got another plant that vegged for 6 weeks n has been flowering ng for two weeks that I've used no nutes at all on...molasses n water only...for some reason I can't post pics right now or I'd show u ...its in previous threads....its gonna blow these two out of the water....I believe in making a healthy soil for ur plants....
for outside masking smell,try laying down some Tide with Febreeze detergent on your driveway and walkway to your door,then water it down with the water hose and smell the freshness,just dont be all obvious about it.

Recently my brother in law came over with my mother in law. She took one step inside and said, "It smells like skunks in here." My brother in law told me it absolutely reaked like weed in my house. I had no idea. Went to the store and bought a new carbon filter and the smell was gone in an hour.
