Im sorry for my negativity toward this thread, I highly apolagize, to all but fly.
I just love my dogs so much, and tired of people judging my dogs to the looks.
Its not fair to them. They earned this rep because of people like fly.
there big babies, they really are. and thankyou homegrown, im sure he will.
8 balls a full blooded gotti, its in his nature to be 70+ lbs. but hes champ, so i kinda made
him get to his potental. lol, the weigh in yesterday was at 104, so he lost some weight. But thats good.
his lazy ass just eats during winter. he got to 115 last year, 10-15 lbs of fat lol. We cant have that if hes tring to jump 30 ft feet up to catch a tire. Mj is our jumper really though, she only 55 lbs as we want her to be right there. she specielizes in long and high jump.
shes gotten 3rd, but in her weight class those dogs are jumpin clean 50 feet up!!(running up a straght wall)
8-balls weight class always surprizes people, 110 lb dog jumping up 30 feet. its so funny, Im a HUGE parrot person also!!
i love animals fuck it lol!!

She holds down the fort, nobody would dare cross the fence and take a chance. When she's on guard she looks terrifying. Otherwise a total puss.
I have two pits as well, who have less interest in being territorial but are without a doubt the best hiking partners for guerrilla growing. One stays by my side all the time and the other is always a good 50 yards ahead making sure nobody is around. He's also a badass bird dog. Loves the water, loves retrieving, and will flush like a madman.
I just got a coonhound pup that I've been working with, he's loud as hell. Woke me up again last night when the bear tried to get into the garbage. Kid's always on point.

All in all a solid crew.

Photo0279.jpgBella Donna, the black lab, will eat your face off, she will clear the 6 foot fence and have you for a snack, Sadie, the yellow, will get you from behind and bella will finish you off lol. but will give my 2 year old son a ride on their backs

I love this thread. My little Pitty is my first dog ever and she is so fun. At first she was trying to dig into the pots but now she guards them like they are hers. I'll post some pics. later. Pittys are the best planon getting another one after this years harvest. I've seen one on an animal shelter web site I think I'm going to sucker in and get him probably sooner he's so cute. A friend for my little girl.

Thats capone the puppy @ around 6months, hes like 14months now and bigger then the other(mason ~6yrs). still a cutie tho. Awesome dogs lotsa raw power with these monsters. His athleticism never ceases to amaze me, has a crazy prey drive too ANYthing that moves in the backyard is a target

Here's my garden guard:

She's hardly a monster.

Normally, pitbulls make lousy guard dogs. Yes, they were bred to be aggressive, TO OTHER DOGS! Not to people, dog aggressive and human aggressive are two totally different things, these dogs were bred for dog on dog combat. They had to be handled by their opponents owners before entering the pit, thus they could not be that aggressive to people though I am sure there were exceptions. Also, the term "pitbull" is a loosely used term to describe any dog with muscles and a brick like head. These dogs have been overbred and bred poorly by backyard breeders who are only breeding for color and size and not taking into consideration their temperment. Too many people buy into the media frenzy regarding these dogs and many times the dogs reported are not even true American Pitbull Terriers.
