Comox Valley RCMP arrest Patrick Hanlon in connection with a shooting incident in Courtenay May 25.
Comox Valley RCMP have a suspect in custody in connection with a shooting incident on the night of Friday, May 25th in Courtenay.
Patrick Hanlon was arrested on Monday at residence in Comox.
A warrant for his arrrest was issued after reports of shots being fired at a residence on the 400-block of Panorama Crescent.
No one was injured, but the rear window of a car parked on the road was damaged.
Hanlon faces charges including assault with a weapon and unlawful discharge of a firearm.
RCMP say the 55-year-old will appear in court on Tuesday.
