Right, plus the curing process helps to take out some of the harshness from the smoke.

Have an Xbox? if i leave a couple fresh nugs on the fan as its running, ill have smokable nugs by the next day lol.
You cant do anything with it wet, and anything that dries it instantly will damn near ruin it. Ive tried the microwave, oven, blow drier lol. Best to quick dry it over a day than an hour or two, imo

I wonder if someone ever tried a food dehydrater
I have, but only twice. It works pretty well. Still harsh, but short times like an hour and a half. I left one in for 3 and it was too brittle for anything useful. My job near a kitchen grade dehydrator is gone though, so no more experimenting. I had it set to 115 iirc

Put in a widemouth jar with lid off. Shake several times a day to keep pieces separated. Put it in a place with humidity around 50% or so.
